Wonderful stay at a very pretty condo in Kihei. Lovely furnishings and comfortable bed. Barb is a terrific host and made sure we had everything! Aloha! You"ll love it! Be sure to go to Road to Hana and Haleakala Crater. Awesome.
I have multiple sclerosis and am a wheelchair user that looked for ADA compliance. My wife and I were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary, first time to Maui. We found the unit to be excellent! The unit was conducive to my needs. The parking garage was fun when we would return to the unit. Everything was beyond what we were expecting, which was already excellent!The views, the distance to local establishments, ease of check in and out, the staff, and Barb were simply amazing!We flew in on 9/9 and days before Hurricane Kiko was expected to hit the islands, which it thankfully did not, Barb was reaching out to update me and provided me info for local Maui weather! She is an excellent host!
Location and views from the lanai were amazing. Place was very clean and updated. Grounds were kept everyday. Parking was easy.
Everything about this room was perfect! The stocked kitchen, the comfy bed, spotless throughout...and the nicest hostess/manager you could ever meet!We will be back, for sure!

Everything was wonderful! After getting in late we LOVED the welcome basket of snacks. Everything was exactly described. Already referred two friends to book. Kids loved the toys for the pool and beach. Will definitely visit again. Super quick walk to the beach and close to yummy restaurants.

We had the most wonderful week at this condo! It was in a prime location and we walked to the beach nearly every day we were there. The kitchen was well stocked, the lanai had gorgeous views, and the poolside grills were pristinely kept (we never used them, but saw them being scrubbed and cleaned multiple times). The unit was clean and Barb was so easy to get a hold of (though we didn't need her for anything, she still checked in with us on our first day and replied to us quickly). We would love to stay here again when we come back to Maui!
Our stay in Kihei was awesome at this property. We’ve been to the Maui banyan before and love the location. This condo was perfect for us and Barb was super attentive when we needed some more bath towels. She was also able to accommodate a late check out which saved us with having a red eye flight!

The unit has everything you can imagine needed for a great stay. Location is perfect directly across from a lovely beach with gentle waves. The view is exactly as advertised. Close to many good restaurants. Most appreciative of how accommodating the owner is. Highly recommended.
We've stayed at theMaui Banyan 4 times beforein a few different properties and this was one of the nicest and most well equipt rooms. The location was fantastic, close to the pool and not a long walk from the beach which was perfect for our little kids. Barbara was an amazing host and was able to be flexible and accomodating to some of our specific needs. I personally slept on the pull out couch with my child and for a couch bed it was pretty great. Chairs, beach toys, wagon snorkles, noodles were all there for us which was perfect. Thank you again Barbara for hosting us!
We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was comfortable and easy. There was beach chairs and boogie boards and everything you might need for a fun day. The teenagers slept on the fold out couch and said it was really comfortable. Communication with Barb was fantastic! The view from the Lanai was extraordinary and we will definitely be back! Morning coffee and sunsets on the lanai were our favorite part of the trip.
This is the second time we have stayed at this condo. I was so excited when it was available for the dates of my trip for a simple reason - this place is perfect! Location - you are right across from Kam 2 beach which is the best in my opinion. Walking distance to restaurants and little shops. You are also a 5 minute drive from Wailea mall that offers plenty of shopping and dining options. Condo - clean, well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The ocean view is spectacular! Also you have a view of the pool area so you can get a good idea of what’s going on there before heading down. And as a big plus you get a covered parking spot! Communication- Barb is fantastic! She will take care of you and answer all your questions promptly! I can go on and on about how much we enjoyed our stay! Just book it and check it out for yourself! We loved our stay in the Kihei condo. Well-appointed condo with lovely pool and grounds. It is a short walk to a large beach and very walkable to restaurants and stores. We booked again for next year the same day we checked out.

Wonderful stay...Great location, apartment well set up for a relaxed vacation. Clean, close to the beach and great views of the sunrise from the east and sunset in the west.

Overall the property was good,clean and well equipped. Everything we needed for the beach was appreciated. We were there for over 3 weeks, first week was great and then the tearing up of the pool deck started which wasn’t good as the noise was terrible. I can appreciate maintenance has to be done but I feel that if we were informed of that we might not have stayed there! Barb was great to answer our concerns and the owners of the condo offered us a token $20.00 off for 14 nights which I guess it’s better than nothing.
Everything was perfect! After a slight miscommunication at check in, Barb was fantastic to work with! The condo is in the best location right across from the beach with a view of the ocean and Haleakala. It has a comfortable bed and had everything we needed. Highly recommend this condo and would book it again next time! Thanks again Barb!
What a perfect place to stay! It's right across from the beach, walking distance to restaurants and shops and the condo itself was everything we needed! There are beach supplies provided, the kitchen had all the things and there's even a pool! I would definitely recommend this condo for your Maui stay!

The condo is stocked with everything you could possibly need for a day at the beach, and Barb is so wonderful to deal with, she makes the check in process seamless…she even came to our rescue when we accidentally locked ourselves out on the lanai😂. We loved staying in this condo and would definitely come back! The condo was clean and very well equipped with everything you might need for barbecuing, the beach or the pool. We loved the lanai, with a beautiful view of the ocean, gardens, and the hillside. The condo location was great, being close to the beach and restaurants and the reserved parking spot was very convenient. Very happy with our stay!
The Maui Banyan has been a special place to stay for many years. The proximity to the beach, the pools on site and easy walking distance to so many amenities make this a great place to stay. The grounds are immaculate, lush and green. Highly recommend staying here!
My husband and I spent a week here celebrating our 10th anniversary. Believe the pictures….gorgeous grounds, great pool, sunset views of the ocean, great unit, everything you need for an easy trip.
My husband and I stayed in this unit. 15 of our family members stayed in other units at this property. We all enjoyed it tremendously! Our unit was lovely and had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. The property was beautiful and very well maintained! We will definitely stay here again!
