Normally resort passes cost $100/adult and $60/child but when staying at this home use for up to 10 people is COMPLIMENTARY with no additional cost each and every day of your stay. This includes use of resort pools, the river pool, waterslides, hot tub, saltwater lagoon, lounge chairs, towels and parking validation for one vehicle.

The "Ohana" guest studio also includes a separate entrance in the front but also a courtyard with its own private BBQ grill, cafe style table, outdoor living space ...

Very nice house in paradise with pool, perfect location close to beaches, shopping, restaurants. Property managers were very responsive when we had a backed up shower drain. All the extras with the house like the bikes and beach gear were very nice. Definitely will be back next year.

Our family of five had a relaxing and fabulous stay at this property. The furnishings and beds were super comfortable. Everyone had ample space and the outdoor pool and lanai were a great addition for a fabulous week in Hawaii. Management was great when we had a few very small issues. Loved the location And the proximity to so many fun adventures in Hawaii

The Island Seabatical house is well kept, well - stocked, and well cared for. One could easily spend your entire stay outside in the incredibly large backyard. The pool is consistently heated, large, and also receives sunlight for a large portion of the day, even in the winter hours.
Plenty of pool floats and toys. There is a high-top table, dining table, and couch / chairs with a coffee table outside for hosting your crew and eating, drinking, watching TV / movies while enjoying the outdoors. BBQ to your heart's content.
Ample space inside the home as well and the completely separated Ohana suite is great for visitors with two different groups or multi - generational families. The Ohana suite even has its own outdoor space with BBQ.
Finally there are plenty of items for outdoor beach and exercise activities in the garage and an outdoor shower for when you return from the beach.
Management and maintenance staff is very responsive when reaching out and / or if you have an issue.
Overall, very good value for your money. We would stay here again and entertain another Paradise in Hawai'i property also based on this experience.
