It was very spacious and had nice views. Master bed was very comfortable. We loved the amenities, especially the beach stuff! The only downside is that it is a little bit outdated and could use some remodeling.
Great place,have stayed at this condo a few times, different units. That each have a unique feel to them. I love the location to the beach and watching the sunrise on the lanai. Very clean and comfortable. Would have been nice if there were extra blankets on the couch, since it gets cool with the air on.well stocked with tp, paper towels, soap. Bring extra shampoo, since they have only small bottles. Also, no condiments at all. Other places have had them. So if you plan on cooking, buy seasonings. Soy sauce, rice etc.
For a family of 4, having 2 separate beds for the kids in the guest room was perfect. Location was great with easy walk to the water and the kids loved the pool!
The location was perfect. The unit was well maintained and clean. Lanai faces the golf course with views of the ocean. Shops and beaches are within walking distance. Has all the beach gear you could need. The gated community has a very nice pool, fitness center and tennis courts. Very quiet and great for a family vacation!
An A+. The spacious condo met our needs; the lanai was constantly saturated with cool breezes. The kitchen and rooms are well-equipped. All worked well. The keypad on front door (no keys! yeah!) is great.

When we arrived, the place was a bit musty. The carpet has been there a while, and most likely the culprit. Suggest replace carpet with some type of wood flooring?
The master bedroom could use a proper mattress topper, rather than the foam one, which was a bit bouncy.
Maybe some instructions on how to simply log on to Netflix and Hulu--the accts seem to be tied to the owner and take some gyrations and patience to log into. How can it be streamlined?
Again, no deal breakers there. Would definitely love to stay in the same place if given the chance.
Exactly as advertised. Great location and was well equipped. The sunset views from the lanai were gorgeous. The condo development was quiet and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again.
We loved our stay here. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenage boys. The beds were comfortable and we had lots of room. The lanai was the best!! It was so spacious and relaxing. The condo had everything we needed for cooking and laundry. Lots of beach supplies including chairs and boogie boards. The host was very fast with responses. I called one morning because the coffee maker didn’t work and within about 30 minutes they had a new one delivered! I would highly recommend this condo!

Very comfortable and spacious condo in a lovely location. The amenities were very nice. Very walkable to nearby hotels, beaches, and shops. Great spot in the condo community and nice neighbors too!
The property is in a very nice location, for walking and driving to beaches etc.
The kitchen is well equipped for making meals. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. It was great to have beach equipment to use.
The pool and hot tub are nice and lots of friendly people around!

Great unit that I would definitely be willing to book again.
On thing that is less than ideal is that the parking spot for the unit is a little on the small side. I was in a mid-size sedan so it was fine but if you have a larger vehicle you may need to park in a visitor parking spot.
Also, I couldn't get the TV remote in the living room to control the cable box. I used the cable box remote from the master bedroom to change channels.

We were here for a family wedding and the condo was absolutely perfect. We had 4 total adults and the unit was comfortable with a great view of the 13th green from the lanai. The beach equipment was outstanding and we enjoyed it each day. We exetended our stay and would have loved to stay in this condo but unfortunately it was not available. We'll definitely be back!!!

The view and location was beautiful, right at the golf course! Neighbors were very friendly. Lots to do in the village!

We had a fabulous time staying at this property. The home was beautiful and well equipped. The property Managment staff was more than helpful. We hope to stay again.

Pros: This property was better than it looks on photos! Spacious, clean and beautiful. Two master bedrooms w/complete amenities and privacy. (Loved the soaking tubs). This home would serve handicapped persons well as there are rails in all appropriate places throughout bathrooms and roll-in showers have two shower heads: regular and hand wand. Kitchen was well equipped; living room was Great! Awesome large screen tv (updated from the one shown on photos). Lanai was lovely except we city folks were squeamish about the geckos and couldn't relax there. Mostly avoided using the lanai.
Family members enjoyed use of the available beach equipment.
Property made wifi code easy and accessible for computer use and our Roku devices.
Cons: Very few: 1. Due to flight delays we arrived after the main office closed but realized we were given the wrong gate code to get into the complex! Fortunately, someone in our group (who was staying at another property) had the correct code. We told this to property mgmt who made no comment/response about it.
2. We were promised two keys in the lock-box but there was only one. We told property mgmt and they immediately sent someone out to fix the problem.
3. There was a gap in the screen at the front door so we always had to hurry and close the door when going into our out of the house so that no gecko would get into the house. This was both hilarious and irritating at the the same time. Property mgmt sent an email that someone would fix it but it was still the same when we checked out.
Other than these few things, our family very much enjoyed this property and would definitely consider renting it again.
