Unit 128 is all about location, location! This association is nestled in the heart of Kihei, across the street from the ocean and allows for our guests to be close to all the fun vacation activities. Walk to several beach spots, restaurants, shops, happy hours, farmers markets, whole foods stores and beach activity rental sites. Looking for a delicious fish taco or poke salad? Check out the famous Paia fish Market. Here’s a local pro tip- don’t stand in line with everyone, call in your order and go straight to the takeout pick up line. Seeking a delicious breakfast buffet? Experience KO restaurant at the Fairmont Resort and taste their savory eggs benedict. Go to Fork and Salad for a fresh quick lunch or any of the cheap eat breakfast spots on South Kihei Road. Hoping to do some Island shopping and pick up some luxury items or tokens from your trip? Head just a short drive to Wailea and visit the shops! Enjoy the craft fair shopping and get one of our Island favorites, Shave Ice! You can also take a short drive or easily jump on the highway to access all parts of the Island when you are ready to go exploring.
This modern fresh unit comes with a full-sized washer and dryer is fully equipped with all the amenities needed to simply come, stay and play! This large one-bedroom unit can comfortably sleep 4 and has enough starter toiletries to get you off to an easy start. Enjoy the pool and hot tub area or grill your favorite meal. Everything you need is provided with the rental such as beach equipment, linens, towels and cookware.
Kihei Resort 128 has high speed WI-FI and basic cable, along with AC to keep the unit cool. Airflow is fresh and breezy for those that prefer to keep the AC off and enjoy the Island air. This unit boasts 621 sq ft which is larger than many one-bedroom units in this price range. Cook and prepare drinks in the kitchen while looking out to the beautiful greenery beyond the large lanai seating area. There is an ice chest, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, snorkeling gear and beach towels in the unit. Perfect for your outings to the nearby beaches such as Keawakapu, white sands beach and of course the many Kihei spots like Kamaole I, II and III.

My husband and I brought our two adult daughters (21and 26 yrs) on vacation. The property is lovely and well maintained, centrally located, and across the street from the beach. It is a one bedroom with a hide-a-bed couch. The couch would be okay for younger children or one adult, but not ideal for 2 adults. And you don’t have use of the couch if you don’t fold it up every day. I’d come back here with just my husband.

Place was perfect for the family. Fun pool and right across the street from the super kid friendly beach. With turtles there every morning.

We think that some of the beach equipment should replaced. Snorkelling gear , chairs.
Lovely people there , grounds are beautiful. Lack of communication with the host . Tried to phone on what the wifi passwords were . Know one phoned me back . No binder to show where places to maybe go , or good restaurants. Over all the people living there were amazing .

Comfortable living. Close to all amenities. Close to tons of great beaches and shopping. Well stocked unit for beach and pool days. Would definitely recommend.

Property as advertised. Good location near beach and easy access to island attractions. Unit has up to date appliances, comfortable king bed, decent quality and quantity of kitchenware and cookware. Complex was quiet, with a mix of permanent residents and transient vacationers. Shout out to the complex managers (Misty & Richard), very friendly and helpful. They keep the pool, bbq area and the entire complex clean and organized. Really enjoyed our 4 week stay.
