    If you have a stay that qualifies for housekeeping services, traditional housekeeping service will be performed every 7th day. This includes refreshing the condo and exchanging bed linens, bath towels, and amenities. Housekeeping services take place between 8 am - 430 pm daily. We are happy to bring back our Aloha Greet to welcome guests to the condo on arrival. Specific great times are set on your day of arrival.

    Wailea Ekahi Village is a beautifully terraced property located at the entrance to the resort community of Wailea. This relaxing low-density property consists of 54 two-story buildings spread out over thirty-four acres of immaculate tropical landscaping.

    Keawakapu Beach fronting the property and nearby Mokapu beach are well-known for romantic sunset walks, excellent swimming, snorkeling, boogie boarding and seasonal whale watching in the winter months.

    Wailea Ekahi Village is an air-conditioned property that offers a beachfront pavilion with large pool, barbecues, kitchen area, private showers, paddle tennis and shuffleboard courts. There are also three “quiet” swimming pool areas, tennis court and free private parking.

    Condo is in an amazing location! Loved all of the extras like a small cooler for beach use, and well supplied kitchen. The grounds are beautiful and the pavilion and main pool area was roomy and welcoming to hang out at. Couldn’t ask for anything more! Thank you!

    This was an exellent condo but unfortunately it had furniture issues. We, two of us, are elderly in the mid 8os and expect to have 2 comfortable chairs available. There were 2 chairs in the living area but useful for shows or demonstration but not for comfort. We expected reading lights. There were none and we could only read in the evening while in bed. We expected adequate nighttime window covering. There werre 2 sliding doors with adequate covering but the windows had sunshasde covers but it night with light on inside one could see everything from the outside. Totally unaccerptable.

    The apartment was clean, well stocked with beach equipment all appliances worked which may not seem important unless you rented a unit in which the air conditioning did not work and the owners first response was for our friends to open windows and turn on a fan. Thankfully they got it all fixed after a couple of unpleasant days, for the record they did not rent with the same company we did business with. Great time, thinking of coming back same time next year.

    This is a nice unit in a great location within Ekahi...on the main green belt, short walk to the beach, nice ocean view. The unit could use some updating...the grill and screen door were broken and the refrigerator needs to be repaired or replaced. I also must echo others in that the property management company was not pleasant to work with in terms of check in and communication.

    Pros and cons - pros - nice people renting to you and gave us champagne and snacks and let us stay longer as no one was coming behind us . Big bed and great ac and location . Check in is a nightmare as they repeatedly ask for documents to be signed and not all are online and if you have apple products they don’t tell you that you have to turn phone sideways to make them work right . Pulled my hair out trying to fill out all The documents . Then, when you arrive , they make you do it all again and require a face time as they don’t trust you . That’s the theme in the home too as threatening docs all around regarding stealing stuff or damaging two towels . Need to stop all that nonsense as those towels aren’t worth accusing your clients of being criminals to steal or damage them - ridiculous and child like nonsense . Get rid of all hotel like signs in home . Shower door was not completed with seals as it leaks on floor. Gift cookies they gave us were three months past due to throw out . They don’t provide any water at all . A lot of cheapness comes through as no water , those horrible shampoo conditioner in one bottles as too cheap to give you both separate bottles . Blinds in bedroom are see through so sun comes in and wakes you up at 6 am . Please change to blinds that block the sun and no one can see in . But positives outweighed the negatives and hope they make those changes and it will be perfect !!
