Very nice unit and well stocked with all the kitchen stuff you need and also beach chairs, umbrella and Snorkel gear.
Our family of four has stayed at the Wailea 1B previously and we really enjoyed our visit again this year. The condo is clean, updated, well equipped and kept in very good condition, with owners are great hosts and super responsive should you need anything. The Ekahi Village property is a beautiful property in a great location, with nice amenities and easy beach access. We always have such a relaxing, fun trip here and look forward to being back again.

Stayed with my husband and our almost 2 year old. It was a good size bedroom (with pack-n-play set up ready for us!) for the three of us. And great lanai and living room to hang out in during nap time and early bed time so we weren’t stuck going to bed early! Right across the private road from our me if the pools and easy walk to the beach. There is a great wagon to pull the stuff there, but do need to lift it down about15 stairs to the beach. Would stay again for sure!!!
Beautiful and spacious condo. Well appointed and maintained. Loved the chaise and table on the lanai. Access to the beach is an easy walk but steep hill returning to the condo. Not a problem for us. Pools are nice. Parking is easy. We will return. This is our second visit to this property.
Wailea Ekahi 1B is a wonderful condo in the heart of beautiful Wailea. It's great for a family of four. There is a murphy bed in the livingroom and a very comfortable king sized bed in the one bedroom unit. Having two bathrooms made it easy for all of us. The main bedroom bathroom does have a step into tub but the other shower had easy access. The kitchen is supplied well for all of your needs while eating in. We never figured out how to use the coffee maker, but there was one in the kitchen with some coffee pods. The lanai has a spectacular view of the ocean. We enjoyed watching boats go by in the mornings while eating breakfast. It's a short walk down the hill to the main pavilion. You can either walk down the paved road or down a grassy hill. We also loved having the quiet pool right across from the condo. The A/C worked great and the fans in the bedroom and living room helped cool the condo. Parking is a bit tight at times, but there is another parking lot very closed if you can't find a spot. It was very convenient to have a code to the front door as well as all the other gates in the community. Unfortunately, there was construction going on above the unit next to us and the people working were very loud at times. That is really my only complaint about our stay. I'd highly recommend this unit and we hope to return to it again soon.
We enjoyed the entire place. So beautiful and relaxing. The condominium was every thing we expected. The manager was excellent. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in you beautiful condominium. Nothing to complain about.🌴👍
The condo was exactly as pictured & better! Spacious with great outdoor space and seating as well. Beds were comfy with nice linens. Owner stocked with basic needs to start the trip. We rented both 1A and 1B with five adults and one infant. The kitchen was well equipped with everything that we needed to make dinner (we did this most nights). BBQs were right across the street, easy to access/use. There was four chairs & umbrella or two at each unit. There was also a lot of beach gear for our use - beach toys, wagons, coolers and boogie boards. They even provided a pack and play for our daughter. The walk to the main pool was down a short hill, short and easy. Slight hill/incline on the way up but didn't bother us. Beach access is right past the pool and we often just went to the beach as it was easy. The pavilion at the complex has a fridge & grills and we spent many sunsets there eating dinner. The grounds are immaculate at the condo complex. Right next to the Wailea shops, which was great for us to run over to the island market if we needed something. Keihi isn't but 5 minutes into town if you need anything either. Just close enough. If we had to have a complaint it was no hot tub at the complex, and bathing our infant was hard in the tub with the glass door. But, overall, our 10 day trip made a lot of family memories and we can't wait to go back to this condo. We have been to Maui 5 times, and this is hands down the best place we have stayed.
