Beautiful condo with amazing views of the Golf course and ocean. Spacious bathrooms and all the amenities you need.
Perfect stay - no complaints!
Perfect for 6 adults. Lots of space and overlooking the golf course and ocean. Paid for access to the resort which is beautiful. Nice to have private access to beach and resort amenities. Will book again.

The Wai-ula-ula condos are an excellent choice on the Big Island. Everything was fine except the twin beds in the third bedrooom are very uncomfortable and need to be replaced and the dryer needed to be unplugged and plugged a few times to get it to work. Other than that, everything else was very good.
The condo and property were perfect for our stay. We cooked a couple of nights and found the kitchen to be supplied with everything we needed. Loved having beach chairs for our beach/hike excursion. The beach pass to the Mauna Kea and Hapuna prince is worth the extra $$$. We would definitely love to rent this place again!

Great place, location and View
We could not use the Master bath shower as it was leaking. Some of the furniture was stained and needs cleaned or replaced. Overall was nice place to stay with 3 couples. View of the ocean is partially blocked by the next building but was still nice. We bought the facility passes for access to the beaches at the resorts. Found out they have public access right beside it. Save the money if you’re not needing anything but beach access.

Extremely comfortable place. I did an extensive search when we booked this place, and this unit checked all the boxes. So glad it did, because we loved our stay. Very quiet, great views, pool was fantastic (and warm, felt heated but I guess just from the sun in July?) The management company was awesome and easy to work with. Hope to be back.

Fabulous ski week getaway to the Big Island for our family of 4. Lots of room to spread out, excellent convenient location to walk to clubhouse pool/hot tub. Extremely professional and responsive management co — shout out to Malaea in particular for helping source an HVAC vendor on a holiday Monday to address and AC glitch. Will definitely come again!

Property was very nice, spacious and well located on the golf course, which was quiet and peaceful. But with paid access to MK beach club, golf, etc. we had all the activities our group wanted. Excellent Kona vacation spot.

Perfect place for our Christmas family vacation! We had the best time here and couldn’t ask for better location. Minutes to Mauna Kea and Westin resorts where we enjoyed all the amenities (for extra charge). Thank you for setting up the resort program for us! Beautiful beaches, pools and gyms. Amazing restaurants too. Very clean and spacious 3 bedroom condo for the 5 of us and well stocked kitchen with very nice appliances. More than enough space for all of us. Loved sitting on the deck with a beautiful ocean view. Also appreciated the bathroom products and yummy gift basket. Lovely gated neighborhood with pool and gym couple minutes walk away. Definitely will stay here again and hope to be back soon!
