The home was immaculate in terms of cleanliness and upkeep. It was also very well stocked with all items needed for cooking in the home as well as getting out to the numerous nearby beaches. Location was very convenient for getting out and about. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to spend some time on the big island.
Very nice. Quiet and clean
We had such a great time at the property. The property itself is private and well stocked. We could do star gazing right at the never crowded swim pool when it’s new moon and no clouds. Beautiful! The owner’s beach club is few minutes drive and is fabulous! There’s a trail leading to a snorkeling site where the snorkeling boats stop (just a little further after the famous 15th south course hole), where menta rays can be spotted. We didn’t know until the last day and may try it next time! Foodland is just a couple of minutes away. So convenient for breakfast, fresh fruits, drinks, ice cream and some simple food to go including poke. The owner communicated spontaneously. We would definitely book again if we ever revisit!
We loved staying in this secluded two bedroom condo. It was perfect for our family of 4. It has everything you need in the kitchen and tons of beach toys in the garage. We loved walking to Holoholokai beach every night for the gorgeous sunsets. There is a grocery store near by which is nice to swing by and pick up your fixings for dinner on the way home from the beach. Thank you for letting us enjoy the beauty of Hawaii while feeling like we were at home in the condo.
Fantastic place, very private, close to two beautiful beaches (Mauna Lani and Fairmonts). The unit is impeccably equipped with everything you may need, and its owners are very, very responsive and good at communicating (excellent recommendations, btw). Really enjoyed staying there.

This house felt like home. It was perfect for our family of 4. Up to date as well. Sharma and Amand are so kind and helpful. The extra amenities were great, as we had what we needed for the beach and snorkeling. We were very pleased with our experience!

We loved this unit so much! Great location within the complex, lanai is very private and we enjoyed our coffee every morning outside. The extras in the garage were also great. We used the bikes, and got good use out of the boogie boards and beach wagon. Access to the Mauna Lani beach club nearby is fantastic. Also loved walking to the Fairmont and petroglyph park to watch the sunsets. We hope to return in the future!
We didn’t stay long, just one night. But the place was beautiful, very clean, and had everything that you would need for a great Hawaii vacation. Bikes, chairs, surfboards you name it. We will stay again on our next trip to Kona. Joe and Joey
Truly, one of our families, favorite getaways! The property was clean, very comfortable, and close to a tremendous amount of amenities. Access to the beach club is such a gift! We enjoyed snorkeling, listening to the beautiful music from the restaurant, and exploring different shops and restaurants that were all a short bike ride away. We cannot recommend this Listing enough!

This is a well appointed property and is exactly as advertised. Everything was very clean and well organized. The electronic "welcome book" was super helpful to get quickly oriented. The owners were quick with communication. Overall a really great property if you are a family with kids or 2 couples. We'd definitely stay here again.
We loved our time at the condo. It was well appointed with all of the kitchen supplies we could need, and so many fun beach items to take to the beach club. The beach wagon came in so handy.
We have been staying at different rentals on the island for over 18 years and this one has definitely ranked way up in the top 3. The house is private, clean and quiet as it’s on the end of a cul de sac of sorts and backs up to one of the many golf courses so there wasn’t a lot of road noise, the landscaping is well maintained and we were all very comfortable. The benefit of access to the beach club and community pools were a huge hit for my group of kids and adults alike. The proximity to golf and shopping was so helpful as well. Seriously we highly recommended this spot to anyone wanting to relax and not worry about packing or buying beach gear as the unit was fully stocked with boogie boards and beach chairs etc. We will definitely be returning one day hopefully. We had a great stay at this gem on the Big Island. Best location in Kona to stay and Payal and Anand are wonderful hosts. Communication was very easy and Payal and Anand were always very responsive. The condo was well equipped, the private beach is never a letdown and the convenience to other destinations is great. We truly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend this condo for your vacation in paradise!

Our family has spent vacations at multiple properties throughout the area, including one in the very same building at Fairways, and this was the most well equipped, private and hassle free condo we’ve rented. The beach gear was in good shape and had everything we needed (the beach wagon is life!). The condo was comfortable. Communication was extremely easy and responsive. Would not hesitate to stay again.
