Located on the 2nd floor, this stylish 1 bedroom / 1 bath unit offers all the comforts of home allowing you to fully rest, relax, and restore. Features include free high-speed internet, a king size bed, and cable TV with the option to stream your favorite shows. There is a washer/dryer inside the unit, and there is free self-parking. For added comfort, a ductless split air conditioning wall unit was installed in May of 2024 in the living area. On most days, the efficiency of the AC cools down the bedroom as well.
A freshwater seaside pool & hot tub sits adjacent to Sea Village's expertly manicured gardens. Gas BBQs and a fully equipped kitchen provide everything you need to create your next culinary masterpiece.
Downtown Kailua-Kona is a short ½ mile away, where you can shop for locally made arts and crafts, savor fresh island cuisine, explore farmer's markets and art galleries, or participate in a variety of island activities such as parasailing, boating, snorkeling, or deep-sea fishing.

*CONSTRUCTION NOTICE - Beginning September 23rd, 2024, International Roofing will be completing wood repair and painting around the complex. The work is expected to take 3-4 weeks to complete. Work hours are Mon – Fri (8am-5pm). The majority of this work will focus on the eaves (fascia, soffit, trim); both ocean and parking lot sides of the buildings.
NEIGHBORING CONSTRUCTION: Unit 3206 will begin flooring & kitchen remodel beginning October 15th, 2024. There may be some noise. There is no timeline for completion at this time.
Minimum stay varies seasonally 4 – 10 nights. Property is non-ADA compliant, non-smoking, and no pets are allowed.

We have stayed at this complex twice now and would absolutely do so again. The grounds are immaculate and well cared for. The unit was exactly as advertised and well stocked, but with an exception- if you don't mind the only "food" available is salt, pepper, and the baking soda in the fridge you are fine. We have stayed other places that left more for guests but that is a personal choice and would not stop us from staying here again. Just thought you should know what you are getting if that matters to you

Great location and set up with the bbq and picnic area in court yard. Very impressed how the maintenance staff kept the grounds pool area and cleaning of the bbq area. Condo was fully equipped with beach chairs and etc to make our stay wonderful. Also great to have some friends visiting who were staying near our resort.

Really enjoyed the whole setup. A lot of thought has been put into making sure we had everything.
The kitchen was extremely well stocked. The only minor downside was that we found the bed to be too firm for our liking. But hey, that is such an individual thing. You can’t please everyone with the beds. Definitely worth staying at.

This is my second stay at Sea Village 3204 and I absolutely love it! It was like coming back home when I walked in the doors again. Beautiful condo, view is amazing and location if wonderful. Condo is always clean and well stocked. I can't wait to return for a 3rd time. I will be back! Thank you Kona Coast Vacations for making everything so easy.
