**Pool coping and deck repair work has been scheduled to start on August 5th with a tentative completion date of August 23, 2024. Barring any unexpected events such as weather delays. During this time the pool, spa, kiddie pool, restrooms and fitness room will be closed.**

This beautifully updated townhome is located in the popular, yet quiet and clean Na Hale O Keauhou complex. Na Hale is a gated community with a pool, children's pool and spa. It offers a covered pavilion, kitchen area, BBQ, and a well-equipped fitness room.

The open concept main level contains a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and great room – all with ocean views. The great room opens to a large lanai with a private BBQ, enjoy the view while grilling up that fresh catch or our local Big Island beef.

This townhome is fully equipped with all the comforts of home & makes a perfect home base while exploring the Big Island. All bedrooms are located upstairs. The Primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, access to a private lanai and an en-suite bathroom. The guest bedrooms have a king bed and 2 twins respectively and are adjacent to a full bathroom.

Na Hale O Keauhou is located about a 1/2 mile walk to Kahaluu Beach Park, the best snorkeling beach in Kona! Also located within walking distance to the Keauhou Shopping Center which includes a Cinema, KTA grocery store, Longs Drugs, a variety of excellent restaurants, and shops. The shopping center also hosts a weekly farmer's market on Saturdays and cultural presentations. You can also catch a ride on the Kona Trolley to various stops down Ali'i Drive. The Kona Golf Club golf course is located 1 mile away. Many adventures await you on the Big Island of Hawaii and we hope you enjoy your stay in paradise.

The condo was beautiful and very well equipped. We had Thanksgiving in the condo and it accommodated everyone very easily. The pool is beautiful and everyone had a wonderful time.

This was a beautiful townhouse with very tasteful furniture and setting. We were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with all the kitchen tools/plates, etc you would need. It was great that there were 2 beach chairs, a beach umbrella and snorkel masks. There were towels for the pool and plenty of towels for the bathrooms. Plenty of parking. We would love to come back.

We enjoyed our stay so much - I didn’t want to leave. The place is super clean, great views, and well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essential dishes and appliances. I also loved the location- we frequented the nearby shopping center quite a bit. It made it easy to grab food at the grocery store, or one of the restaurants. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This property was perfect for our family vacation. Two adult couples and two young adults. The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking tools and appliances we needed. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean. Having a washer and dryer was a bonus! The grounds are well maintained, I think we saw landscapers there most every day. The pool was sparkling clean and a nice place to relax after exploring the island. We did use the Kona Trolley once too! The air conditioner went out (we think the 1st night we were there) and the property management team was responsive, sending someone out to fix it within 2 hours of our call. Great service. Loved the location, out of the hustle bustle of Kona but close enough to get around to everything we wanted.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was central to everything! Kitchen was extremely well stocked with anything you could need. Beds were comfortable and the pool was great. We had a wonderful holiday with three generations!

This was a beautiful condo with comfy furniture. We have stayed at other units in this complex and they all offer different amenities. You do not have use of the garage, and no extra goodies (like beach chairs, boogie boards, or snorkeling equipment) is available. There is only one set of towels for the pool so you will need another for the ocean. This condo has beautiful sunset views and is good proximity to the swimming pool. Plenty of dishes and cooking equipment. Property management is quick to respond to problems. Thanks for a fun stay!
