Wonderful condo - just as described on their website. The balcony arrangement was very nice. - we enjoyed some of our meals there. The bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning was effective in the living room, and opening the louvers to the bedroom helped cool that area also... but we never really felt too warm. Overhead fans worked well also (when needed).. Well-equipped kitchen. Easy access parking. Very clean as we moved in. A little rather goofy note.. somehow there were a lot fewer chickens at this resort compared to the rest of the Island! We very much enjoyed our 6-night stay. Certainly would return.
We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The location is perfect as there are beautiful beaches just foot steps away. Delicious places to eat in walking distance. We saw many sea turtles every day. We hardly had to use our rental car. We swam in the ocean everyday. Roz and Angel were great to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our first time staying in the south part of Kauai and very glad we stayed at this property! It was very nicely situated with a nice view of the green courtyard and a little bit of the ocean. We especially liked that it was just minutes away from the ocean where one could go surf every morning!
We had a great time at this property. Property description was accurate and Roz was a pleasure to work with! The location was quiet, a nice short walk to the beach, relaxing, and very comfortable.

Roz was a great communicator from the very beginning. Cleanliness is very important to me in a rental and really I don’t think it could’ve been cleaner. Even the ceiling fan didn’t have dust on the edges like many places do. (I’m allergic to dust so I do take notice of it lol). It was great to have beach chairs and towels provided. It’s a very short walk to the beach and there is a cute shopping village right across the street. Poipu Beach with turtles and seals lounging on the shore is a short walk away as well. The grounds are lovely and we liked being on the third floor to have a view of the ocean. Highly recommend!!
Our stay at this Kauai VRBO was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect—close to everything beachy, peaceful and quiet too with easy access to other spots, making it the ideal spot to unwind. We only wish we could pack up the relaxing time we had and take it home with us! Communication with Roz was outstanding, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free! We loved every moment and can’t wait to return.. You'll love this place...Mahalo Roz!
The condo was a top floor end unit that looks over the amazing plantation gardens with peek views of the water and some breakwater seen through the Sheraton. The lanai felt very private because of all of this. Kitchen was small but functional and well supplied if you wanted to cook. Cute, beachy decor throughout. Couch and bed were comfortable. Also, extremely clean upon arrival with very nice touches left by the cleaning crew. Highly recommend. But be aware there are two flights of stairs up if mobility is at all an issue.
The beach was awesome. So many places to relax, meditate and photograph. But, the secret gardens, koi ponds and unique fountain promote healing. I love the area the window open allowing fresh air into the space..revealing the views from above like an old time movie changing from sun up until night.the scenes changes with the light…a beautiful thing….Be Blessed
Loved this place! Great view to the ocean from a large balcony. Clean! Lots of extra things available to use - beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler, beach towels, etc.Water tasted great (I’m picky).
We had a wonderful 7 night stay in Poipu. Accommodation was clean, spacious and well located. Short walk to beautiful beach, shopping and restaurants.
We had a great time at this property. It is located close to the beach, food and shopping. We spent most of our time enjoying the outdoors, so we mainly just slept here. The host was very responsive.

Nicely upgraded condo. Far enough from the road to avoid car noise, better ocean view than the pictures give justice. Generally speaking, everything was even better than the pictures showed! Beach gear provided, and we definitely used it.
We love the Kiahuna Plantation location! Close to the beaches, and always a good time had by all!

It was a great home base. The bed was very comfortable and the condo was well equipped with everything we needed. We ventured out every day to explore the beautiful island so we didn’t spend much time in the condo but it was a beautiful and relaxing place to start the day with coffee on the balcony and to end the day with a good night sleep. This location was very central and walkable to many amenities and beaches. Rosalynn was very responsive and lovely to work with. We can’t wait to go back to Kauai! Mahalo!
Enjoyable relaxing week. Landscape is beautiful and there is extensive open space and grass lawns. Athletic club and pool area are nice. Overall very quiet area. Close to lots of good restaurants and food trucks.
My husband and I enjoyed our recent stay at this calming and private condo at Kiahuna Plantation in Poipu, Kauai. This 3rd floor corner condo offers lots of privacy, as well as lots of natural light, afternoon sunshine, and plenty of trade winds flowing through.
The lanai overlooks the Moir Garden which is filled with the wonderful calming sounds of nature.
The condo is well appointed with very a comfortable bed, and a new comfy sofa bed. Extra pillows were available and appreciated upon my request, as well as a blanket for the cooler nights. Beach chairs, beach towels, snorkel gear, and a large cooler were available to use in the closet.
Most importantly Rosalynn is a great host who was very kind and responsive in all our communications. We really appreciated that, and we would definitely stay here again if we ever return. Thank you!

My husband and I invited one of our daughters to join us this year. The extra gym and pool made the trip for her. I love snorkeling which was only a car trip away. My husband enjoyed barbecuing. All in all we had a wonderful time.
We absolutely loved our stay in #313 Kiahuna Plantation Resort and would stay here again in a heartbeat. The location on the island was an great base for our 2 week stay. We loved the top floor corner location, with a beautiful view from the lanai, overlooking the beautiful gardens and with some view of the ocean. We loved that the unit has several windows that we opened at night, rather than use the AC. The breeze and the two ceiling fans made sleeping very comfortable. If you are a light sleeper, the soothing ocean noise, or earlier morning sounds may require earplugs. The unit had everything we needed, and we really appreciated the beach umbrella, towels, mats and chairs - even sand toys were available! Being able to park close to the unit was another bonus! The grounds of the resort are beautiful; the bbqs are cleaned daily and sparkled. The beach is a short, pleasant walk. Rosalyn was very helpful with any extras we needed. We were very happy with the unit.
Except for the rain, we loved this location and condo in Kauai. It was absolutely perfect for us- some eating out, some cooking in. Bed very comfortable and shower had great pressure and ample hot water. Excellent access to pool and beach. Highly recommend!
It’s in a great spot top right side of building 38 has some body boards and snorkel masks. Nice lanai. Close to go restaurants and the beach nice unit and the host was great to deal with. No complaints. Had a great time.
