We rented this unit for a family getaway and the condo did not disappoint. Well stocked in the kitchen and extremely well stocked for fun in the sun with beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards, sand toys, snorkelling gear etc. (the most stocked unit we’ve ever rented!) The grounds of the resort are immaculate and we enjoyed the morning sun rises over the ocean from the beach attached to the resort and the pool and hot tub were great for us and the kids! The location of this resort made it easy to travel to either sides of the island as the location is central and not to mention close to the airport, pharmacy, Coconut Market, grocery stores (Safeway across the street)and restaurants. The property manager is very responsive and very easy to deal with. They provided recommendations when we asked and they have an awesome assortment of books about the sites in Kauai that we used throughout our trip. We appreciated the ground location of this unit as it was easy for loading in the kids and our beach bags after a long day out sightseeing and the location was great for accessing the pool and bbqs etc. The ease to and from this unit was an unexpected bonus and we loved the location for our family.

What a beautiful location and cozy, well supplied condo! The owners have been excellent with their communication. This resort offers the best of both worlds with an awesome pool and just steps to the beach. Watching sunrise every morning is breathtaking! Thank you Al and Amanda for sharing your little piece of paradise with us!

The condo was very nice inside. The resort was gorgeous. Steps from the exceptionally beautiful pool and beach. Nice restaurant on site. Walking distance to other food options and directly across the road from a supermarket.

I’ve stayed at many properties in Kapaa over the years! This is far and above the best place I have stayed at! Perfect location. Ground floor unit with easy access to the pool, restaurant and beach.Property manager is always available. Will definitely be staying here again!
