Excellent place, location and host!
Great communication! Near the airport and easy to get to all the places on the coast. Nice amount of beach gear to borrow and beach towels. Will look to stay here again next time we visit! Thank you!

This was our favorite place to stay of our 3 locations across the Islands. The house was spacious, great decorations and artwork, and had everything we needed for our stay, including in the kitchen, and laundry. We would definitely recommend this property!

The house was well equipped with everything we needed, including beach equipment. We really enjoyed spending time on the lanai with the ocean view and bird sounds.

Greatly enjoyed every minute at this house, especially the amazing porch, we spent a lot of time there. Excellent location for all activities in the Kona area. We will definitely come back when in the Kona area.

The home was perfect for our group of 6 adults, and very reasonably priced for what it offers. It’s located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, close to the airport, beach, shops, etc. It had all the amenities we needed, was extremely clean, and everything was in working order. The property manager was very informative and quick to respond.
A note for anyone that can’t survive the heat without AC: there is no central air. Each of the 3 bedrooms has it’s own individual AC unit, but the rest of the house does not. We happened to go on a week with extremely warm weather, and despite keeping windows open and using all available fans, the living room, dining area, and kitchen were still quite hot. That being said, the lanai was a great place to hangout in the evenings with the cool breeze coming in.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Kona Palisades!
