Welcome to Waikoloa Beach Villas K22! This charming 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo with lanai and BBQ will make you never want to leave The Gold Coast! The Waikoloa Beach Villas is a gated community within walking distance of the Queen's and King's Shops. There are many beautiful golf courses and beaches in this area. The beach is about a 10-minute walk and a 5-minute drive. This unit also has a garage full of beach gear.
Interested in Golfing? Guests staying in our unit will receive discounted rates of $75 per person plus tax prior to 9:00 a.m. and $50 per person plus tax after 9:00 a.m. Rental Clubs are $25 per set plus tax. All you folks have to do is book and pay on Waikoloa Golf We look forward to your stay!
**Other things to note:
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, dish soap, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid (ONLY for units that have dishwashers), paper towels, and toilet paper. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

With that being said from time to time insects can be present outdoors and sometimes make their way indoors due to our tropical climate here in Hawaii. We share this information with you folks because we understand insects can be something to be fearful about or can be somewhat of a nuisance to some individuals. We would like to rest assured that we do schedule pest control services in our very tight schedule & do the maximum recommended to not harm people in the house/Condo which is once a month), but it’s one of the few cons of tropical weather. Please know we go above and beyond for all of our guests and make sure to provide standard maintenance for extra comfort and an enjoyable time when staying with us here in Hawaii.

Great unit. So "Hawaiian" and cozy. Nice touches throughout the unit. Very well stocked with amenities. Definitely would rent this unit again.

The condo was clean and relaxing, just as shown in the pictures.
It is in a nice and quiet complex near shopping and the beach. Really enjoyed our time there !
