It was comfortable and quiet. The furniture is a bit worn down as well as the flooring. It was fine for the week we spend there but I would not spend a month as this unit has no view whatsoever. Did appreciate the AC!
This property is well maintained, pool was cold this time couldn’t enjoy it. The ocean view from the pool is beautiful. Regarding the cold pool you have to use a key to get in and out of the pool area and also for the pool bathroomss. If you have a small bladder it may be a problem getting out of one are and into the next.
What a lovely property! Great communication before and during our stay. They offered us a late check out without our asking and responded to questions. Even responded with a thank you when I asked to leave remaining groceries for cleaning staff. I will definitely recommend to friends!
We loved our stay here. Everything was exactly as described online and it was a great location for our stay in Kona. Watching the sunset each evening in the front of the complex was an added bonus. The Vacasa team reached out to us several times as well, which was much appreciated. We would 100% recommend.
I really enjoyed my stay here. It was like home away from home. It was so nice. Everything was provided to me beach chairs, goggles, and water shoes. The patio was more than enough and I can’t forget the waterfront lookout. It was amazing and can’t wait to come back.
We had bearly got in the door when someone called to see if it was to our liking. Of course-we were in Hawaii. We always take off our shoes at the door. After an hour of walking around our feet were black. the fan blads had not been cleaned in a very long time.The kitchen counters were sticky. Someone needs to pay attention who they are paying to clean the Condo.
This was the perfect rental for our needs! The amenities and supplies provided were perfect and allowed us to not have any stress whatsoever on things we needed. The unit was spacious and clean; the washer and dryer in unit was perfect! Thank you so much!
This is a great place and location on Kona. Easy to access everything. It was very clean with the exception of the floors. I did contact the owner to make note of it. We did expect them to come and clean the floors, but wanted them to know so that they could tell their cleaning people. We have stayed in this complex before and will stay there again. Beds were comfortable and each bedroom (2) had it's own bathroom. Only one other thing I found different from this place that others through VRBO is that it was not stocked as well as others. There are usually spices (most likely left by previous renters) as well as things like foil, plastic wrap and baggies in all other places we've rented thru VRBO. So it was surprising that this place did not have that. No big deal though. We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks on the Big Island.
Condo as advertised, very clean upon arrival. Complex has great amenities that include ocean side lounging, outdoor grill/dining area, and wonderful pool.
