Loved this place. Quiet, clean, and affordable. Great staycation property for locals.
Condo was in a great location from the beach. Very clean and cozy. Everything was great, thank you for the great experience. Definitely will book this place again
Excellent spot to unwind after a day at the beach. Although there is no view of the water, the sunset is still beautiful. No road noise. Beds were comfortable
Very disappointing.
3rd floor walk-up, no view, incredibly hot without air on, kitchen was shabby, sliding door to lanai didn’t work, lanai was wet under foot and no on-site washer/dryer. Pool is across the busy street in another unit.

This would have been a fine condo if I hadn’t expected it was oceanfront as advertised. Even the photo is a bit misleading, the sky makes it look like you can see the ocean from the balcony (it’s across the street from the rest of the properties at Kona Bali Kai, most of which IS oceanfront).

The condo was in a great location and the beach across the street was a nice quiet place to sit and read in the morning! But, the condo lacked the basic amenities that were expected from the listing. There were only 3 bath towels for us for 8 days, 1 kitchen towel. No coffee filters, no salt/pepper, oil, or anything related to cooking. The a/c had to run all the time because it was a very small unit. It was not clean and it didn’t work efficiently.
The listing said oceanfront- but it is not. It is across the street and in the back of the complex.
This was a great location for my staycation, it offered everything I needed! Location was great, and the place was well equipped for cooking!
