The rental is less than a 10-minute walk from Ali'i Village and a short drive to all grocery stores. The beds were comfortable, and we found all the linens clean. The window A/C units worked well to keep the apartment cool. The kitchen is very minimally stocked, and the non-stick pans are in bad shape. The pans flaked off the non-stick coating into our food. Otherwise, we had no issues with our stay.
We had a great 2 night stay, very clean and comfy. The condo has EVERYTHING you need. Even stuff for yoga!
This place was perfect for our Kona stay. We could walk into town easily.The place was just as listed, clean and comfortable with a very useable kitchen.The lanai was great with the trees and partial ocean view. Highly recommend this unit!

Great location clean well stocked
Super clean, super convenient, but not really ocean view and the pool was under repair while we were there. Although bright and having many windows, we had to close almost all the blinds to keep neighbors from peeping in the bedroom (and other) windows.
This condo was very cute and tropical! Equipped with everything you need and in a perfect location - walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants in downtown Kona. Very clean and the bed was super comfortable!
Good location. We did not get a chance to use the pool but it was quiet and near shopping and restaurants.

We loved this place, it had all the amenities, good washer-dryer, beach items, cooking stuff (eg olive oil, salt, spices...). The kids really appreciated the hammock. Walking distance to Kona shops, restaurants etc.
