The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club is a gated community of condominiums. There are three professional style tennis courts with night lighting; a tennis pro is on hand daily for lessons or game improvement coaching.
The large, newly remodeled swimming pool (Redone in 2016) is ideal for “laps” and also for small children water activities. Showers and restrooms are conveniently located in the large pavilion near the swimming pool and tennis courts.
One of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archaeological sites. These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago. Each site has a posted description of the activities that took place years and years ago.
The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club has many gardens and walking trails. ONE GOES DIRECTLY TO A BEACH!! Flowers and tropical foliage are abundant. There are several outdoor barbecue areas for guests to go to.

The photos on line do not the view from the lanai justice. We have stayed in many oceanfront properties but this is the best. Unit was clean and very well equipped. It couldn’t have been better.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at unit 1-202 for 11 nights in November 2022 and it was excellent! The unit it right on the coastline with beautiful ocean views and wave sounds from the lanai, and birdsong on the upland side bedroom window in the mornings. Close to the Bbq pavilion and pool, it is conveniently located on the property. Unit was clean and well-stocked with beach gear, coolers, etc. The property contact person was very responsive when we reached out regarding a grill issue, and it was fixed quickly. Great time!

The only thing be aware this unit doesn’t have air conditioner I didn’t realize that until we arrived. To hot for a July stay not having A/C.
