Completely refurnished in 2022, this sleek and modern townhome is perfect for families or small groups who want to be close to the best beaches, golf and restaurants on the Kohala Coast.

    Located in the acclaimed Kulalani community, 903 is a two-story townhome in the most quiet corner of the Mauna Lani Resort. Overlooking a beautiful fairway of the Mauna Lani North Course, the home has an outdoor BBQ and dining area that is perfect for dinners outside. Large glass sliders allow the living room walls to be fully retracted, allowing guests to create an indoor / outdoor lounging experience. The home's downstairs also offers a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room and a master bedroom with a large en-suite bathroom and king size bed.

    The upstairs area has two additional bedrooms - one with a queen bed and a walk-in closet, and another bedroom with both a queen bed and a twin bed, bringing the home's occupancy to seven. A shared bathroom with a combined tub/shower is located between the two bedrooms upstairs.

    All guests who stay at Kulalani at Mauna Lani will have access to use the communal facilities which includes an adults-only lap pool, a state-of-the-art private gym, an adults-only hot plunge and shower facilities. There is a second, larger family pool with a shallow end for small children, a hot tub and a large pavilion area with community gas BBQ's (reserved with the Resident Manager for outdoor cookouts) and expansive lawn space.

    Excellent updated property in the Kulalani subdivision of Mauna Lani with top notch management / amenities. Extra room for us for 3 week stay/entertainment. morning and side sun afternoons in February; enjoyed outside wrap around Lani for some activiy downtime. Community wrkout room and adult pool/jacuzzi a plus. Nicely equipped; nice towels /beachs stuff. Mgmt refilled empty gas in 24 hours; good job

    This property worked perfect for our family of 6. This property was super clean and the best stocked we’ve ever stayed as far as household items like cleaning supplies, trash bags, dish detergent, spices, etc… they had plenty of beach gear (6 chairs, lots of towels, snorkel sets and some sand toys), we did bring our own carry cooler but they had a couple there for use. The pools were a very short walking distance (located at townhome 5), beach was an easy drive and had on site rentals of SUP, kayaks, etc… The grocery store is walking distance to house (1/2 mile), I did an online pick up order and it was ready first thing the morning after arrival. The only trouble we had was initially finding the townhouse, GPS took us to general location but couldn’t see the house number (and didn’t know the townhome numbers correlated) at night after a long day of travel. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

    The property is beautifully decorated and the pictures are accurate. The master bath is particularly spectacular. There were just a few issues, the floors need to be mopped, they were very dirty and the bottoms of our feet were black within minutes. There were a few maintenance issues with the screen doors and dishwasher. The beach supplies are very anemic (three mismatched beach chairs, a cooler without wheels). Weirdly, a kitchen staple in most condos I’ve rented, coffee filters, were not supplied. Otherwise the glassware, dishware, and general kitchen stocking was good. The high quality grill started up quickly and easily. The AC was excellent. Towels and linens were of high quality. The location was extremely convenient, walking distance to the Shops and grocery store and close to excellent restaurants at the two resort hotels. The biggest disappointment was probably the pool which was not heated and nearly unusable as a result. Other complexes in the area have heated pools. But aside from that, overall it was an excellent choice in the price range with some minor issues. I have rented from South Kohala Management several times and check in is always easy and the employees are pleasant and responsive.
