We loved our stay here! The condo had amazing views, it was in a great location, clean and the hosts were very responsive! We would definitely stay here again. :)
This is an older property with an apartment in need of maintenance in a nice location with great views and a decent concierge. Beaches are within easy driving distance as were the food stores. Poolside BBQs worked well and we appreciated the beach chairs and pool toys.
We have stayed at Royal Kahana many times and this unit is by far our favorite and we can’t wait to go back. The wrap around lanai has views that go on and on. We saw so many whales during our stay it was the perfect time to be there. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was equipped with everything, having a 3rd bathroom was a nice bonus. Crystal and Kim Marie were very responsive, kind and answered all of our questions. The Tommy Bahama beach chairs were like new and we used them frequently. I wish I could attach pictures from our lanaiThe sunsets and views are breathtaking! Mahalo and we hope to return again!
I loved this condo. Arrived for a 10 day stay and since TV’s weren’t working, I contacted Kim Marie and she went above and beyond to try to solve the problem. Turns out main modem needed to be turned off and back on again (along with all the extenders) and all was well. Took a day or so for that, but I had contracted a terrible cold, so didnt much miss the TV since naps were more of a priority! Condo was clean, lanai wraparound and amazing. Could look down and view turtles every day and look out and see whales every day! Heaven on earth! Had incredible communication with Kim Marie, who was delightful and fun to converse with, and once my sister joined me, we enjoyed staying here. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of linens and towels, including some extra beach towels! Only (slight) downside were the lanai chairs, which weren’t super comfortable for the amount of time we spent in them. A couple of loungers would be heaven! The washer/dryer combo was not super easy to use (google was our friend!) and dryer took forever. BUT, it worked, so very nice to have. All in all, we love staying here and would love to come back as soon as we can! Mahalo for everything!
View is amazing at this property.Communications with the PM was excellent! Thank you!This property had ROACH problem. PM came over right away to did everything she can to help, but roaches are inevitable in Hawaii. I think this building had more than other properties I have stayed.But VIEW was everything.
We’ve stayed at this complex twice now, this was the first time in this unit and we’ll definitely return. Quick to respond to any questions and the view is unbeatable! Could watch the whales all day long, and the sound of the ocean is crazy peaceful! Can’t go wrong with this one! Thanks for a GREAT week!
Host was helpful and communicative, They did notify us about the door being on order for replacement, which made the key pad a bit touchy on how we had to enter the numbers to get it to open, but that was the only thing. Would definitely stay here again. Looking forward to returning.
Beautiful waterfront condo with spacious lanai. Quiet, away from busy road. Lots of turtles and whales. Easy drive to restaurants. Walking distance to several. Host was wonderful as was the property manager. Great for a vacation away from the busy mega resorts. Pool was wonderful and warm. BBQs are almost brand new and a must have. Will definitely be back!
What a beautiful view….we were able to see the sunset and sea turtles without leaving our balcony. Great location-short walk to gas station, small stores, snorkeling gear and sushi.
Had a few issues upon arrival, but was quickly resolved by management. Would stay here again. Missing the white noise of the ocean already
RK511 is one of the most beautiful condos we have enjoyed on Maui! The corner unit has breaktakimg views of the beautiful blue waters, Lanai, , Moloka’i! You can sit on the lanai and enjoy the sound of the waves. Everything about this condo feels like home! Absolutely wonderful! Mahalo for another amazing stay at RK511!
Great place with amazing views.
The views are incredible! The balcony area is large and wraps around the LR and DR. You are right on the water as pictured. Beds and pillows were sooooo comfortable. When we needed assistance, they were met expeditiously and with very friendly interactions. Filtered water machine in the lobby, so bring your refillable water bottles. Sushi right across the street was delicious. Would 100% stay here again. Thank you!!
You can't get a better view. The condo is beautiful and very roomy. The photos do not do it justice and the owners are very commutative and responsive. We will be back!
