It is perfectly located on the 16th fairway of the Ka'anapali Golf Course and is a short walk to Maui’s #1 beach! Nearby is Whalers Village - an outdoor ocean center area filled with exquisite shops, top-rated restaurants, bars and live music. This spacious and beautifully remodeled ground floor condo opens to the signature hole of the Ka'anapali Golf Course, offering a quiet and serene setting, yet near the excitement of Maui’s most desired location.
This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom first level condo offers the convenience of a full kitchen, air conditioning throughout the unit, an open and airy living space, and fabulous lanai area for dining or lounging. There is a king-sized bed in the primary bedroom, two twin-sized beds in the guest bedroom* (these can also be made into a king-sized bed upon request), and a queen-sized pull out sofa in the living room.
As a Ka'anapali Royal guest, you will be able to enjoy the occasional round of golf or scintillating game of tennis, followed by a dip in the pool and spa, or soak in total relaxation in the onsite sauna. Ka'anapali Royal is a meticulously landscaped resort with swaying palm trees, two lighted tennis courts, heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, and shared BBQ grills. This three-level resort is not equipped with elevators, but the ground floor condo only has a single flight of stairs leading to the entrance.
RESORT FEE: $154. The resort allows a maximum of two cars per unit.
This condo is managed professionally by Coconut Condos, an on-island property management company.
*For guests who wish to have a king-sized bed in the guest bedroom, please notify us at least 72 hours prior to arrival so that this alteration can be made.

We had a wonderful stay! It was spotless, beds were comfortable, great location and just a short walk to the beach, well appointed and plenty of room for our family of six. We really enjoyed dinners on the large patio watching the sunset and being so close to the pool. When we reached out to Coconut Condos for a few items they immediately responded and had the items in our place within hours. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean, well stocked condo with beach chairs and an incredible lanai. Location was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants, without being too busy. Beds were comfortable. Primary bedroom and bath were awesome! We would stay there again.

We loved our stay here. The condo is right by the pool which our kids loved. It is a bit of a hike to the beach, a little bit over a half a mile if you follow the cart path. It’s not bad at all and definitely was worth the savings plus we loved having our own kitchen and the parking was very close and easy to get in and out of.
We had a slight maintenance issue with the guest shower, which the part was not available on the island so I was offered a small credit. Those things happen, and I wouldn’t judge this property by that experience. I would recommend this location and property to anyone looking for a space to accommodate kids, parking to get in and out for activities across the island and with access to a pool and grill all near the beach. And its walking distance to a number of beach restaurants and shops at Whalers Village.

We really enjoyed our recent stay with our granddaughter. This property met or exceeded all our expectations! The location was perfect…quiet, yet close enough to walk to Kanaapali beach and Whaler’s Village restaurants. Loved the outdoor lanai and roominess of the condo. If you’re looking for a perfect Maui retreat we highly recommend this unit!

Our family stayed at Kaanapali Royal for two weeks end of Jan-early Feb 2022 and we loved this unit! Being able to walk out and play with the kids in the yard or pop by the pool easily was a huge bonus. We really enjoyed having the sunshine on the lanai in the afternoon. In terms of amenities, it had everything we were looking for. The walk to the Whaler’s Village/Kaanapali beach was doable but pretty long for the kids as cutting across the golf course is prohibited. It would have been nice to have our own BBQ on the lanai but the poolside BBQs were in excellent condition. We would definitely come back!
