The location couldn’t be better! We didn’t spend too much time in the house but it was perfect for our family. Had enough supply’s and a beautiful view. The neighbors were so nice !! We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future. I feel like the house could have a few updates and it did have a musty odor. We did visit during rainy season so that could just be the norm ! My kids had an incredible vacation we will never forget!!

Very conveniently located spacious ground level condo (with a cool sunken conversation pit!) - lots of room for our family to relax, with all the amenities you might want for a tropical beach vacation (boogie boards, umbrellas, chairs and coolers, etc). We were so busy exploring the island that we didn’t have a chance to use the pool or hot tub - next time. Loved having a functional kitchen and washer/dryer.

A perfect condo in Princeville to stay with family during the Thanksgiving break. Easily accessible, management was always quick to respond with any questions, quiet at night (besides the roosters🙃) and enough space for a family of 5. We enjoyed the pool and surrounding areas during our stay. Cleanliness was too notch, kitchen was stocked with needed items to use to cook, helpful tips for the area were also provided. Wonderful stay!!

Nice clean property, hot tub was fun too. Beware of master bed legs at the base, stubbed our toes a couple times! Some beach items are located off the master bath patio where we found the laundry unit. Yay! Bust street off lanais but better than having neighbors walking thru. Overall a nice place, I’d visit again 🙃🌈

Property overall was good however for the amount of money we paid to stay here for a week I would have expected better. First, the good parts of the property. If you like to snorkel this property is located next to most of the best snorkel spots on the island. Further, it is close to the world renowned Napoli Coast which is absolutely breath taking. However, where the property could improve. First, the shower drains were clogged with the previous guests hair so I tad to pick out a strangers hair as I was trying to shower just so the shower would drain. Probably the most digesting thing I’ve had to do at a rental property. Second, this property has no and I mean absolutely 0 privacy curtains. Even in the bed rooms and bathrooms. Driving from the road if you looked at our room you could see straight into our room and right into the shower which might I add is clear glass. Pretty sure several people got quite the show over our week stay. Also, the AC units make a terrible noise over half the time making sleeping very difficult and frustrating. Lastly, the toilets make an ungodly screeching sound for approximately 3-5 minutes after each flush. All in all this property has its benefits but it has nothing to do with the property itself it’s all about location. If you don’t mind giving your neighbors a show while your pooping or showering hey this is the property for you. Hope this helps.
