it was our 2nd time to the big island and we knew we liked this area. We were really happy with the property. its in a quiet area, with great pools and access to the shore. The nearby bay is fantastic and has tours leaving there every day. The property itself is large enough for an average family and has two lanai each large enough to sit outside and enjoy dinner cooked on one of the many outdoor grills available. A well stocked kitchen is always a great addition when doing a short stay so we loved this about the property too. We would love to come back sometime.

Things that made this over the top were spices were provided for cooking as well as a nice stocked condiments in the fridge. There wears laundry soap and trash bags. These things are sure helpful so you don’t have to buy them as I have in other condos. Only complaint is the bed in the 2nd bedroom is super hard. Maybe this could be updated. Thanks so much for a beautiful home to stay in.
Immaculate condo, extremely clean and well equipped. Excellent local management if you have any issue whatsoever. (Which is highly unlikely).

This condo was a happy accident for us. The condo itself was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The floorplan is laid out great and was very comfortable to hang out in. This was the first rental we found that had everything we needed to cook anything we wanted. We look forward to staying here in the future. Owner and housekeeper were very helpful and super friendly. Thanks for a great vacation.
Excellent experience here, all was perfect for our Thanksgiving. The TV is pretty amazing, I have an OLED at home and this one gave it a run for it's money. Great for the Thanksgiving NFL games! The deck towards the golf course is very nice and the view of the golf course is great. The deck out back is nice as well to look at the tennis courts and for welcoming visitors. Highly recommend!
One of are favorite places to call home when we are in Kona. Beautiful, comfortable and has everything we need to make are trip a relaxing and memorable.
Unit was very dark. No parking space because owner parked their car in the assigned space. The view is great but if you want a bright unit this might not be the right one
The Big Island of Hawaii is one of our favourite places to spend a vacation. This was our second, 3 week, stay at Condo 703 at Kanaloa at Kona. We were greeted with a wonderful fruit basket featuring locally grown tropical fruits. On our third day Pam surprised us with a beautiful arrangement of flowers in recognition of our 50th wedding anniversary.
This spacious two bedroom condo also afforded us the opportunity to have our son and his family visit us for 8 days. A property manager, provided by Pam, promptly addresses any needs one may have. Many hours of relaxing, taking advantage of the three pools, tennis courts, and enjoying the beautiful grounds and vegetation have left us with lifelong memories. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this beautiful vacation rental. Thanks Pam.
We had a lovely stay. The condo was very comfortable and furnished nicely. We loved the location - and the views from the lanai over the golf course made for a relaxing breakfast and coffee spot. The pools on the complex were clean and we enjoyed taking our young son for swims. We would definitely recommend this place to friends.
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. This gated property is at a. very convenient location close to beach for surfing and snorkeling and grocery shopping. The online descriptions and photos of this property are accurate. This house is comfy and offers access to multiple facilities within the resort. Our communications with the landlord and property manager were responded in time. It was a very nice vacation stay, and we would definitely recommend it to our friends when they visit Big Island.
We booked this condo at the last minute and are grateful it was available. It has AC for an additional fee and we used it as we were in Kona during some very muggy weather. Everything we needed was In the unit any other necessities are a short drive away in the Keauhou Shopping Center
Morning coffee on the lanai offered a peaceful time for reflection. Staff at Kanaloa are friendly and helpful.
