Beautiful property with beautiful views! Very clean and well kept. The rental had everything needed for a beach vacation: beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, sand toys, boogie boards… it made our stay really enjoyable as we were well prepared to enjoy the many beaches nearby! Would highly recommended and would love to come back :)
The view could; not be beat! However, there was no AC, so windows had to be open. One room could not open the windows because a screen was ripped. Another room had no window to open. Very hot and stuffy for sleeping. Maybe worse was the road noise outside the condo. It sits at a corner of a busy road at an intersection.. Very noisy all day and night.

We enjoyed our week-long stay in this beautiful condo. It has plenty of space for a big family and a well-equipped kitchen. There are also lots of beach play equipment including snorkels, umbrella, chairs, etc. The sunset view from the balcony is amazing. There is no AC but the fans should be sufficient to cool down the house.

Great place, as long as you don’t have kids. Several rules regarding “quiet spaces” and “quiet times.” Totally understand not wanting spring break all the time, but a rule regarding no “Marco polo” in a pool is a little silly. Also, definitely be prepared for flying ants!

On face value, the quality and amenities of this condo were great. Super clean, fully equipped, lots of stuff for the beach. Close to road that is noisy, but we still thought value was good. However the reliability was the key issue and why we wouldn’t stay again. Wi-Fi didn’t work despite our efforts to reach out for a fix. Dryer was finicky. On the last day we lost all water and we were switched to a different condo. While we understood this was out of the managements control, it was a lot of effort to move, the replacement condo was not as nice and was hot with less fans. We then discovered the dryer in this unit did not work at all and ended up making trips back to the previous condo at 5 am before our flight out to try to dry clothes (in the finicky dryer!) that we had washed. It was a poor ending to our time in Kona and efforts to reach out to management to make it right were unanswered. This was our third condo in Kona to have mechanical issues that required a changeOf plans which leaves us feeling like the maintenance/management in this area may be unreliable.

This rental exceeded my expectations. Everything about the house was lovely! The furniture, art work, bedding, & over all decor were beautiful. Beautiful ocean view. They also provided everything we needed, kitchen tools, beach gear, etc. Thank you! Coming back to the house was my favorite part of the vacation!
Great stay for a family or friends.
This property is exactly what we had hoped for. It had all the essentials for a traveler. I appreciated the location from nearby attractions. The check in process was easy. Parking spot was easily accessible. I would stay here again.
