Located off the street on half an acre of mature trees and tropical landscape, the property is very private. Centrally located between Maui's most popular destinations. Designed to take advantage of ocean, pool, and courtyard views without compromising privacy. Once on the property you are enveloped by the lush tropical landscape, only to be seen by others if you choose to be. Built to the highest standards with architectural design and detail seldom seen. Durable finishes. Relaxing and welcoming atmosphere.

Location
We're located roughly 1/4 mile from the ocean. According to Google Maps its a 13 minute walk to Kalepolepo Beach Park to the South (which also has the Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary) and 14 minutes from Mai Poina Beach Park to the North. From there you can walk the beach for miles all the way to Maalaea. The property location is ideal for travel, being near Piilani Hwy and only a few minutes from the intersection of Highways that lead North, South, and East. We're also only 18 minutes from the airport.

Driving up
As you enter the property you cant miss the large fountain in the center of the circular driveway. Beautiful by day it becomes stunning when lit at night. There are a total of 6 parking spaces, 3 on either side of the front entry.

The house
The entry is dramatic. 27' in height, with layered architectural details and lighting systems. This is where people usually say "This place is a palace!" We've heard it so much that we adopted the name for our short term rental permit.
All cabinetry, built-in hutches, window seats, and even the beds and most dressers are custom hand made using African Mahogany solid wood and plywood. The floors, shower walls and pool area are covered with over 7000 square feet of natural stone imported from Turkey. The tall doors and windows are all trimmed with custom layered molding details. Every ceiling has architectural detail and integrated lighting systems. The house is truly one of a kind! But best of all... although everything is luxurious, its also very durable so you don't have to walk on egg shells. Just relax and have fun!
The upstairs features an 82" Qled built-in TV with custom sound system (inside), and a 70" TV in a motorized lift cabinet (outside on the lanai). Downstairs features a 75" TV outside, and full movie theater inside. The theater has 8 reclining leather ...

The host was great. On site in case of any concerns. Provided toddler supplies galore. Very nice. Kitchen was very well equipped with top quality appliances. Plenty of beach supplies including towels, hats and sunscreen. Very convenient location with great privacy. Very enjoyable.

What a great property. Incredible outdoor living space! Very nice kitchen and grill area. We all loved our stay. Great roof top views for the sunset and easy access to the hwy to quickly get to beaches and stores. Kurt is also awesome and responsive. We will be back for another Barbie Dream House Adventure💕. We loved the house and the pool area. My family loved the pool and the balcony overlooking the pool. So many luxury details like the showers and accessories. Plenty of towels and pool toys. The kitchen had all we needed. We had a great time. At one point we ran out of propane for the grill. I contacted Kurt and within 5 minutes he was there with a replacement. The beach was close by (which we drove to) and found plenty of free parking.

We ALL were in awe the entire stay!!! Everything was perfect and we would most definitely stay here again! We had a group of 15 and it fit our family perfectly! You want the perfect stay in Maui don’t look any further ☺️

The accommodations were excellent for our family of 14. Everyone relaxed and enjoyed the pool and outdoor spaces and were happy to have the comfortable family/living/dining areas in which to gather. The roof top has a wonderful view of the ocean, surrounding area, and sunsets. The location was great to venture out from to various excursions. The beach supplies available helped to make our trips to various beaches fun. Kurt is a great host. He was easy to contact and very helpful.

Our family had an amazing time staying at this VRBO. The house was clean, beautiful, and stocked with everything and more that we needed. There were pool toys, towels, boogie boards and ice chests. The kids had an amazing time swimming and hot tubbing in the gorgeous pool every morning. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook at night. Located in the middle of all the places we wanted to visit. It is a beautiful and thoughtfully prepared home. Worth every penny. Hope to be back some day.

Truly a palace, this house is a perfect getaway for a large group. The home was spotless and comfortable with a well appointed kitchen and great spaces for hanging out. We appreciated how quiet it was in the bedrooms, even when people were enjoying the rest of the property. Kurt was responsive and delivered a propane tank within a few minutes when the grill ran out of gas. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend!

We barely left the property! It was a beautiful house and the owner was easily reachable whenever we had a question. If you can grab this one when it’s free I would highly recommend!
