Great location away from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu but close enough to some great local food areas and beaches. We had a fantastic time!

We had a great stay. It was nice to have a home base with the family. Plenty of room for everyone.

This Pahipahialua Beach area was the perfect spot for our stay. The house offered a peaceful retreat, tucked far enough from the main road that it was blissfully quiet, yet still close to local conveniences like the resort, food trucks, and grocery store.
It was our first visit to the North Shore, and we were thrilled with how easy it was to access excellent swimming and snorkeling spots. A highlight was having curious dolphins join us in the water. What an unforgettable experience!
Our group fit comfortably in the home, with plenty of room to spread out or gather together. The house was clean, welcoming, and well-equipped for cooking meals at home. Big thanks to our hosts for providing a smooth experience start to finish.
We had a great stay in Secluded Sands with our immediate and extended family. The hosts/manager responded promptly to questions. The A/C worked well and the kitchen was well stocked.
The house was perfect for our large family group with plenty of space to spread out, and the setup made it super easy to stay comfortable. The beach is just a short walk and felt practically private every time we went.
The house had everything we needed and more. AC in every room (huge plus), fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and tons of beach gear that we actually used. The baby gear was also a lifesaver since we were traveling with a toddler.
Location-wise, it doesn’t get much better. Easy drive to Turtle Bay, PCC, Haleiwa, and some great food spots. But honestly, we loved just hanging out at the property or walking to the beach most days.
Check-in was smooth with the smart lock, and having on-site parking made coming and going stress-free. The host caretaker was easy to communicate with. All around, this really felt like an island home away from home. We'd come back in a heartbeat.
The house is very well cared for. We had a group of 8 that came to Oahu for UH graduation. The space was perfect for our group. All amenities and aspects of the house are in good working order. The location has great access to a secluded portion of the North Shore beach within a short walking distance. Highly recommended.
We spent just over a week at Secluded Sands. There were two families, totaling 10 people and the home was perfect. Quiet neighborhood with walkable access to a secluded beach. Location provided easy access for day trips even to Honolulu.We communicated several times with the local property manager. The only issue not resolved during our stay was access to TV streaming services, but we didn’t miss those all that much.Would highly recommend for larger groups o that need some space to spread out!
We had a great time staying here! Thanks so much for hosting us. A few of us are big into running and really loved the trails around Turtle Bay as well as the paved path along Gunstock Ranch. The horses are friendly and came right up to say "aloha." The old WW2 pillbox was such a cool surprise too.
Beach access. Well appointment kitchen. Comfortable beds and multiple pack n play options. Great North Shore location.
We absolutely loved our stay at Secluded Sands. The home was spotless, organized, and ready for us the moment we arrived. It was perfect with two separate living areas that made it easy for everyone to relax and spread out after a day in the sun.
The private beach access was a major highlight. After following the simple directions in the guest guide, it was just a quick and easy walk to a quiet, uncrowded stretch of sand that felt like our own slice of paradise. Beach gear was fully stocked and ready to go.
Location-wise, it doesn’t get much better. The house is right by Turtle Bay and Kawela Bay, which gave us easy access to calm snorkeling spots, scenic trails, and more gorgeous coastline. Turtle Bay parking was free, surprisingly, for our day of snorkeling in Kuilima Cove.
And the nearby food trucks were a hit. Tons of variety and super convenient with plentiful options when we didn’t feel like cooking.
I would definitely recommend this home and if we ever go back to Hawaii we would stay here again.
Pros: -Quiet location-Safe location-Amazing views-Spacious for a big Ohana-Sunsets/sunrises are breathtaking -Close to grocery stores/fruit stands/beaches-clean and comfortable Cons:-Entry gate would work sometimes-Booked this property because we thought the beach was right outside the house but it was down the street so if you’re thinking it’s a beachfront, it’s not. -trash was full before we got there from previous renters (a fee if you do not take it out on Tuesdays/Fridays)-if you’re looking to have a get together (esp being from Hawaii born and raised, we come with a big Ohana) it will not be approved due to a clause they said they have which means the amount of people you can have in and out the house is 14 (basically the max of people that is accounted for while renting there) we wanted to have a dinner for my mom and it was not accommodated so we had to have a plan B. I found this very disappointing as it was not a “party”. For the price that we paid, to be told we basically can’t have visitors but it states “as long as we let the host know and they don’t stay past 12am it was ok was really upsetting.
This house was wonderful for our large family. We had 9 adults and 2 babies. There was a pack and play,a stroller and a wagon, which helped enormously. The house was very clean, very comfortable beds,and the AC was cold. The large dining table was a great bonus. The walk to the beach was a little further than we thought,but not terrible. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this house.The ad stated 2 washers and dryers but one was out of service, but it really didn't impact us at all. Host was very communicative and check in was a breeze. Also, really appreciated the fully fenced and gated yard.
Absolutely incredible experience staying at Secluded Sands. Would recommend to anyone. There are enough rooms and beds to easily accommodate 2-3 families. The kitchen had all the little things that you need (utensils, seasonings, pots/pans, cups, bowls, plates, etc.). There were lots of toys, chairs and umbrellas for the beach. The wagon came in extra handy. The stand up paddle boards were great to have at nearby Kawela Bay where we saw lots of turtles. Will stay here every time we come to visit Oahu. Thank you so much!

Nice location, nice beach, good weather. Large house, a few glitches, but nothing devastating.
Took extended family for the marathon. Great place for large family. Easy to get to beach on foot. Lots of other options on the North Shore.
Bria was very responsive with any questions we had. She also let us know that someone would be coming to fix the gate, very professional. House fit my entire family of 11 (including myself). Great location, close to many beaches and very quiet area.
Other than that worth the money spent and will book again if we come back in the future.
Beautiful, updated house and property in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The beach is a very short walk away and we never saw anyone else there when we went. It was so beautiful and peaceful! The host’s instructions were so helpful and very detailed about every part of the property. Having AC in each room was a lifesaver on hot, muggy days. The property is located in such a convenient location to quickly get to our local favorites in Laie and Kahuku. Haleiwa is not a far drive either. We came as an adults only girls trip but this property would also be a great place for families. I’d definitely bring my kids back.
Our extended family had a wonderful experience at this property. The fully equipped kitchen and proximity to grocery stores made self catering easy, which with 6 children ranging in age from 4 months to 18 years in our group was a fantastic option.
The 5 bedrooms and multiple living areas means that there is plenty of bedding configuration options and breakout spaces. This property allows excellent access to North Shore beaches and Tourist destinations and was a great opportunity to see a different side to Hawaii. Communication was excellent from the hosts and they were very responsive to questions or issues as they arose.
We had a wonderful time staying in this home on the North Shore and will definitely come again! Home was large enough for our big family and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Sunrise views from the home are unbeatable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It’s a great location if you want to be close to the school and to the food trucks in Kahuku. We also enjoyed time driving to various beaches. The beach near this place was fine, but almost more enjoyable to drive to other beaches, then walk to this one about the same time.
Huge beautiful house with a huge enclosed yard, plenty of room for a big family. Friendly area very close to the beach. A lot of of options for things to do very close by. Very comfortable, felt like home.
Place was as described and expected. Pre check-in instructions and information was clear and helpful for the stay. Layout and setup was perfect for our large party and the place was overall very child-friendly. Highly recommend
Bria’s place was a great find for our stay in Hawaii. It comfortably fit our family of 10 with lots of private space for everyone. The kitchen was had tons of appliances and cookware which made it easy to make homemade meals. We loved all the beach gear that was available to use.
Place was amazing and big enough for all 14 of us. Our favorite beaches were very close so travel to and from was very easy and fast which was great because we had two babies with us that needed to go back for naps during the day. Host was great and very responsive and proactive at communicating making our experience even better. The house had everything we needed for cooking and for the beach which was awesome because we didn't have to pack anything bulky like Beach towels in our luggage from home. Locals around the house and in Kahuku were super nice and friendly.
Would definitely stay here again if I was traveling with a medium or big sized group.
This place was amazing. Its in the north shore so it's far from the busy beaches that are around Oahu. The house is located minutes away from a secluded beach. She provides paddle boards, beach towels, floaties, and wagons to haul it to and from. If you're a foodie then you have the world famous Giovanni's shrimp truck, The Bald Guys, and Kalbi on fire are really close by. The house has a private driveway gate so your cars are secure at night. This place is as advertised. She really goes out of her way to make sure you have a great time. Would definitely recommend this place.
