Good and clean. Ocean views are impressive. Hot tub is enjoyable. Nice pool area. Good equipment: wifi, coffee maker, phone chargers, A/C. The bed is cozy.Some minor downsides:Construction workers and roosters are a bit noisy.The cooler bag on the balcony was rusted and the zippers did not work so not exactly usable.WiFi credentials in the reservation email were different to the actual WiFi network in the apartment. However the correct credentials could be found on the table.All in all a very nice place, we would totally recommend!
Our trip was awesome. Pool bar and bar next door, shops, restaurants, and ABC store all within a short walking distance. Super easy check in, entire property was what we hoped for.
Such a nice spot to explore Kaui from. Communication with host was easy and supportive. The space was clean, comfortable and Private. It was lovely being right in the water and getting up with the birds! After long days exploring it was nice to have some food options nearby.
This location was perfect for a late flight arrival, only about 15 min from the airport. The unit itself was cozy but just what we needed to relax for a few days and just chill. The sound of the ocean at night was sooo nice and in the morning, just grab your coffee (bring extra Keurig cups if you need them or buy at Coconut Marketplace next door. Tons of places to eat and drink within a few steps. Until was a bit hard to find in the dark but just park to the right of the office somewhere and take the path past the coffee place straight back to the ocean and you’ll find it. Great place, would definitely stay here again!Mahalo
Wonderful location. Would suggest adding a sharp knife to cut up a pineapple! Otherwise a great experience.
Great view, maybe even better than pictures. Comfortable king bed. Kitchenette good for easy breakfast and lunch. Would stay here again. not plan to do significant cooking
The view of the ocean from the veranda and the sound of the waves against the shoreline were one of many magnificent highlights of our stay in Kauai at the Islander on the Beach. The east shore locale, was a perfect midway point to visiting both the north and south shore. Also, just steps to the Coconut Marketplace, it was convenient for shopping and food. Island Market was our favorite for food, drinks and gifts. We celebrated our 25th Anniversary, Aloha Style.
This property was very nice, close to restaurants and shopping. If you don't do stairs, this is on the 2nd story and no elevator. The view and sound of the ocean with the balcony was awesome.
This was a perfect property to stay in. It was right on the beach.
We love the convenient location of Islander on the Beach, and the view from 252 was exquisite. We looked straight out at the ocean from the comfy chairs on the lanai, and fell asleep to the sound of the waves. The room was well equipped with beach chairs and appliances, and the property manager was very helpful. It was a perfect getaway.
We loved that the unit was oceanfront and we could watch the sunrise every morning. Wish there was a small dishwasher though so we didn’t have to do everything by hand. But the room was well kept and nicely decorated and very comfortable. Thanks for the chocolates!
