Such a beautiful and comfy place to vacation with your family. Clean and lots of amenities. Close beaches, and stunning grounds. The host was great to deal with. We even added an extra day with no trouble.
Was very impressed with the hale, plenty of comfortable furniture and beds. The kitchen was great and had everything you need to cook with. The upgraded showers were also very nice. I would highly recommend this hale
for any large family or group of people. Large enough that everyone can have their own space if needed.
If you are looking for a quiet and chill spot, this would be tough to beat.
The two beaches that are in walking distance (2-5 minutes) are lovely and provided hours of enjoyable swimming in the summer.
Plenty of space and kitchen items for 2 adults, 2 teens, and 2 grade schoolers.
What a great rental! These beds and pillows combined with the fresh air from the open lanai trade winds made for excellent sleep! There is every kitchen gadget you could ever want- waffle maker, bread maker, vitamix, salad spinner etc. Close to pool and beach. Will return!
We were so pleasantly impressed by this unit—beautifully styled, amenities galore (all the appliances, utensils and beach gear you could want), wonderful screened lanai to enjoy the breeze without critters. The property is lush and very well maintained. Quiet, with only the ocean and birdsong to be heard plus one loud early-rising peacock! We all enjoyed the pool to cool off in the afternoon. The property is on an abandoned golf course with easy walking trails using the old cart path. This unit doesn’t have a view but feels like you are in a treehouse, watching the birds for entertainment. Being shaded also kept the unit cool. Molokai is rural and there’s no nearby restaurants or stores. But we enjoyed cooking great meals, using the grills (v well maintained) and spending time with family. Thank you for a great vacation!
Traveled to Moloka’i with my cousin and our spouses, and we all had high expectations given the description and pictures for the listing, which easily convinced us to book our stay at this property. Still, it exceeded every expectation! Great pre-arrival information was shared by our contact for the rental, and all questions were promptly answered. The fabulous kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, the screened in lanai on the main floor offered quiet, reflective areas to enjoy as much separation as we wanted while still being together (as did bedrooms on separate floors), and the beds and linens were so comfortable! Beach chairs to enjoy sunsets were appreciated and we were all so grateful for such a comfortable, peaceful location. We could have stayed for a month!
Quick walk to amazing beaches. Nice furnishings. Very quiet complex.
We very much enjoyed our stay in this bright and comfortable condo just steps from the beach! The layout allowed each couple their own private space, as well as room for enjoying each other’s company. The kitchen is well stocked and the large counter was great for food prep. The upstairs lanai was great for watching the night sky and we enjoyed hanging out and dining on the main floor lanai. The beach chairs came in handy for watching the sunsets as well as the monk seals! Hope to return!
Nice place to stay.
Need more fans, as there is no air conditioning, the property manager provided some.
Kind of panicked when we didn't get the check-in information before we arrived, finally reached the property manager and got the information (was worried it was a scam and didn't want to arrive there with no reservation, even though we had confirmation.)
Well-appointed, comfortable beds and living area. Wrap around deck was great. Nice pool. Easy walk to the beach. Good chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Fun funky kitchen.
Note: A lot of information on the web and in books about Molokai are obsolete.
Beautiful unit, tucked away in what seems to be the only irrigated community on the island. Verdant, shaded, peaceful. But the 5 acres of the community are in the middle of an extremely dry near-desert.
First the positives: Great beach about 100 yards away. Fantastic snorkeling, and great waves for body surfing. The unit is on the western end of the island, so we watched the sun set behind Oahu from the beach every night. Just lovely!
Now, the negatives: The adjacent resort (a former Sheraton) has closed. The local condo owners still run the pool and hire security to patrol, but otherwise it's a ghost town with boarded up buildings and dry/dead golf courses. No restaurants nearby.
