We loved this property........had a large group so had both units. They were very clean and updated......lovely units. Access between units was a few step walk across a deck. Plenty of room/beds for our family of 16. We loved having easy access to the beach ....walking distance to surf shop, bakery and even other shopping within a mile.Highly recommend this property and the host and would absolutely stay here again.

The setup was perfect for hosting both families for the wedding couple. The decks facing the ocean were nice as well as the lawn, picnic tables and grills. Easy walk to the beach and restaurant.
We loved the location of the house, the easy access to walk to the beach was fantastic! We rented both sides of the house for our large group and it worked well. The layout is definitely a bit funky in the upstairs with sliding doors & no closets, but it was nothing that impacted our stay. The house was very clean when we checked in, however there was some trash around the outside of the house. Nothing terrible, but it could have been picked up. Our codes to get in the house did not work so I had to call to get them reset which took several tries. They were very helpful, but it was frustrating for a group of 14 people to be waiting in the rain to get inside after a long day of travel. Overall we had a great time & would stay at this house again.
Before we went into the house we noticed a broken glass pane on one of the windows. The other windows badly needed cleaning. The flooring in the Turtle side had gaps between the artificle wood pieces with some pieces loose. The flooring near the kitchen sink and bath tub had swollen and was deteriorating. Upstairs ceiling fan did not work. Kitchen table top worn and chairs bindings broken and missing. Bottom of Balcony vertical support post loose. I have photos of some of these problems.Now for the good items. The location of the House is very convient to the beach and the size was also very large and roomy. The staff promply brought us replenishment paper products.

It was exactly as described. Rented both condos and had plenty of room for all 16 of us. Had a few minor problems the first day that were unavoidable and were addressed immediately. Plenty of parking for all of our vehicles which we didn't need to use because it was a very short walk to the beach. Would recommend this property for a worry free vacation.
There were 16 of us, using both sides of the unit. What a great place for a large family gathering! Sleeping arrangements worked great. Having 2 kitchens made meals easier. We had incorrect house codes upon arrival, but I called and they took care of it immediately. One of the dishwashers wasn't working, but when I contacted them after hours they responded immediately and had it fixed the next day. Not everything was perfect, but the customer service we received from Kauai Exclusive was outstanding. We'd definitely stay there again.
We loved staying at this property!! It was even bigger than it looked in the photos and had additional pull out trundle beds that came in handy. We used both sides for our wedding party to stay during our wedding weekend and it was fantastic. It's steps away from the beach and having access to the Poipu athletic club a short walk away was perfect.
We had a great time, great accommodations, location was excellent and gorgeous weather.
The dolphin and turtle suites worked perfectly for hosting us, our kids, and our grandkids. They could walk to Poipu Beach, Brennecke's, and there were so many nearby places to go. The property was the perfect size for our large group.
