Located at the premier oceanfront property of Mana Kai, this upgraded 2 Bed, 2 Bath unit will make you never want to leave! Admire breathless views of the beach, ocean, Molokini Crater and Kaho'olawe! Enjoy the fresh, modern interior with upgrades throughout!

The moment you step through the front door, you are met with spectacular ocean views. Located on the award winning Keawakapu beach, this unit has it all. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with upgraded appliances and beautiful bamboo cabinets to enjoy while dining in with a fully stocked kitchen and an amazing view! Enjoy sunsets in the evening out on your private lanai overlooking the stretch of beach as the sun goes down, and again in the morning as you sip your cup of coffee.

The Ocean Front primary bedroom features a King sized bed and fully remodeled en suite bathroom. Sliding doors separate this bedroom from the living space to create a private space. The second bedroom features 2 twin beds set as a King but that can be separated back to 2 twins upon request. Also features ocean views and a second en suite bathroom.

Mana Kai 307 offers the perfect Hawaiian retreat! The resort atmosphere includes an oceanfront pool, two propane BBQ's, onsite laundry facilities on each floor, free parking, fitness center, activities center, general store, and business center.

The full dining restaurant on property will be closed for renovations until late 2024-early 2025. Renovations have been delayed. When they commence, there may be noise heard from 8 am-5 pm, Monday thru Friday. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and appreciate your understanding.

Please be aware that all Mana Kai units feature a primary bedroom that is an “open concept” and is not closed off from the living room area. This particular unit has installed sliding shutter doors for added privacy.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve....

Unit is as advertised. A really nice place and very comfortable. Views are incredible. Very close to all that Maui has to offer. Beautiful beach is out the front door. Highly recommend this place.

We loved staying in this condo. It’s the perfect location in Kihei. The owner communicated well and we had everything we needed for cooking, sleeping, and the beach. I can’t wait to go back.

The Mana Kai is our favorite stay on Maui! We love the balcony views of the ocean and beach! Sleeping is the best with the Master bed right by the balcony! Our unit was well equipped with everything we needed for a very home like stay! We will be back!

Condo was clean and so conveniently located. Although we had to take out trash ourselves and vacuum, we had all the tools to do so. There are separate towels for the beach and loved the beach chairs that were available for our use. The only con I noticed was that the pull out couch didn’t have a full sheet set. There was a fitted sheet, pillow cases, and blankets, but no flat sheet.

We really liked that there was great snorkeling and swimming right outside the hotel and the deli was great as well. It was the best vacation we have ever had, we will definitely be back!

Nice resort on beach w easy access. Easy access to beach rentals. Would be nice to have a restaurant or bar on site and a convenient store.

Beautiful beach! Pool and condo grounds very well maintained. Gorgeous sunset location/ Condo nicely & newly updated. Good location and close proximity to local restaurants.
