We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated all of the gear the host had for us to use, along with a well-stocked spice cabinet and lots of cookware in the kitchen. Wish I would have seen the yoga mat in the master closet a little sooner, I had been doing yoga on one of the beach towels, lol. Thanks for such lovely/clean rental and for sharing all your beach gear with guests!
The place was just as described and came with all the things you usually have to rent or buy. (Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler etc.) We will be staying at this unit again for sure.
We had the best time in Maui, it was our first time to Hawaii, and it was perfect. The accommodations were excellent, exactly like the pictures, so comfortable and well-stocked. It had everything we needed, including boogie boards for my teenage boys. Jillian was amazing, very responsive, helpful and so accommodating. We stay in a lot of Vrbo's and this was by far the best so far! Perfect location would highly recommend and would for sure book again.
This unit was impeccable. We wished we had just decided to stay here for the entirety of our trip to Maui. Good amount of space and it had absolutely everything you could need, especially for a family with young children. Communication with the owner was easy as well. Palms at Wailea is our favorite place to stay and this is our favorite unit we’ve stayed at. We will be looking to stay here for future trips to Maui.
This property is exactly as advertised. It accommodated our family of 6 very comfortably. The two sofa sleepers are a game changer and my kids said they were very comfortable. The condo is conveniently located close to several very good beaches and well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. All of the rooms in the condo have AC which is very nice! Host Jillian is super responsive and very easy to work with. She does a great job of making sure guests are comfortable and satisfied. We’ll certainly stay here again when returning to Maui!

What a perfect vacation! The condo was beautiful and in a great location! The property owners put together a great guide for local beaches, activities and dining options! We visited Uluaa Beach, Charley Young Beach, Haleakalā and highly recommend the drive to Hana!
Property was clean and quiet. Recently renovated and plenty of space for our family of 5. Very close to the Wailea beaches and easy drive to the Kihei area. Host was friendly and responsive. Its our 4th time in Maui and probably our favorite townhome. Will definitely consider coming back next time we're in Maui!
We had two adults and three teens and this was the perfect place to fit all of us comfortably and also a convenient location for all the things we wanted to do during our stay!
Jillian is the best.... So easy to communicate with, and that really helped as we prepared for our first trip with a baby. The location was also perfect for us to get around with a stroller.
We enjoyed our time at The Palms- the view is peaceful and the condo is located in a quiet spot. It has all the amenities a family would need while vacationing on Maui- a stocked kitchen (all cooking utensils in working order), laundry was very convenient, and extra towels and bedding were available.
Jillian is a fabulous VRBO host, communication was excellent with quick response to any questions. Our family of 6 spent 11 nights and enjoyed every minute. The check in/out process is very simple. The unit is updated with modern decor, clean and well stocked in all areas. There is air conditioning in both bedrooms and the main living area. The kitchen had everything we needed including a crock pot and a vita mix. There was laundry pods to do laundry. The unit also has everything you needed for the beach including beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach towels and freezer packs for the cooler. Parking was directly out front from the unit. The pool was close and perfect to watch the sunset. We would definitely rent this unit or one of three units that Jillian owns for our next family trip to Hawaii!
This place was great. Clean and spacious and well accommodated with AC. Our first time to Maui and while friends recommended Kihei I ended up preferring Wailea because overall it was just a nicer area. Places to walk, easy but drivable access to beach, quiet and nice places to shop and eat. The Palms was a very quiet and clean complex just down the road from Wailea Shopping Center (walkable - msybe 10 to 15 min). We did not use the onsite pool because the beaches are so epic, but it looked nice and clean. And it’s directly across the parking lot. Lots of beach gear so really no need to bring anything. We had snorkel gear but we didn’t need it. My only recommendation is plastic cups for adult bevy’s or tumblers for beach drinks and water. Anyways we would love to return.
The place was exactly (better) than pictured and perfect for our family with 2 kids. Very clean, comfy beds, all amenities - you could tell the place is well cared for and Jillian makes YOU feel well cared for. We will definitely come back here!!!
The lounges on the lanai need to have cushions! I got charged for air conditioning but never used it - would like a refund! Toilet paper so thin like tissue paper. I felt I overpaid for this property-it was nice but not over the top! Kitchen was well equipped!
We were amazed by this condo. It was so clean, and all the lil extras were the perfect touch.The lil extras - beach chairs, snorkeling, umbrellas, boogie board, soaps, lint roller, and so much more. It was the perfect place to spend Christmas. The only downfall is we did struggle with finding light switches at times and they are low on the wall. But we definitely will come back.

The entire expireince was stream line with the Jillian’s (property managers) communication. The place is everything you could hope for in a vacation home. There was already a lot of things provided along with the condo: snorkels, beach chairs, Boogie Boards l, etc.

We loved the lanai for hanging out eating breakfast! The beach gear was more than all of us could use and so nicely stored outside on the lanai, too, so it was easy to put away. Indoors is spacious and beautifully decorated. The living room actually has 2 sofa beds! We didn't need both. There's air conditioning in every room, and it was very easy to use! We also appreciated the unit guidebook they provided so that we didn't have to look online every time we had a question. Very clean, very beautiful house. The pool is maybe a 2-3 minute walk away. The parking is right in front of the unit, next to a beautiful flowering tree. We loved our stay here!
Even before going Jillian was a great contact for questions that I had. On arrival the place was clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. The location was perfect. Close to the beach, golf courses, Kihei restaurants and food truck garden. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit Kihei/Wailea area
Our family had a great trip at this unit. It is a great location with a pool, close to the airport, many beaches and shopping. The hosts were awesome and very responsive when we had any questions. One of our favorite parts about the unit was enjoying breakfast on the patio while bird watching. Also, the window in between the kitchen and patio was pretty awesome when serving our family meals.
We had a great time a the Palms. Nice family place.

Everything as expected we traveled with grandkids toddler’s ages everything we needed was available! Appreciated the owner responsiveness to my questions. Wish our trip was longer. Highly recommended, we will definitely coming back!
What a fabulous condo! It was very clean, nicely decorated the host was great! The outside box of beach supplies was a plus as we used the chairs, umbrellas and snorkel gear as well as the provided beach towels which saved us time and money. We comfortably slept 6 adults as both couches folded out for sleeping. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit with detergent supplied! Jillian was a great host to us and very responsive to our questions and helped us work through a snafu we encountered.
The property around the condo is nicely manicured and the pool and view from the pool area is just beautiful. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent experience! Every aspect has awesome, the condo was very spacious and easy to feel at home. Great pool and amazing sunset views of the ocean. Very close to the beach and central to popular beaches and restaurants. We had a great time and look forward to staying there in the future.
Jillian’s Palms at Wailea home is a true gem, and it’s no wonder it’s been featured on A&E. This stunning property offers everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and fully equipped with all the amenities you could ask for.
You only need to bring your clothes, as everything else is provided. The kitchen is stocked with high-quality appliances and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals. The spacious living areas and comfortable bedrooms ensure a restful stay. One of the highlights for us was being able to do our laundry before heading back home to California, which was a huge convenience.
Thank you, Jillian, for making our stay so memorable. Your attention to detail and hospitality made all the difference, and we can’t wait to return to this beautiful home.
