Amazing place! Right on top of the most amazing beach on the island in my opinion! Don’t hesitate book immediately!
We loved staying at this rental! It felt like we had our own penthouse suite. Waking up every day to the breathtaking deep blue ocean was a treat! We would highly recommend!
Lovely location near Hanalei Bay. Easy 170 steps to snorkeling at Pu’u Poa beach when waves are low via public path on south side of 1 Hotel.
We've rented many condos in the past. This, by far, was the BEST EVER!
Spacious home with everything you need and more to enjoy the island. So peaceful for a restfull stay. We will definitely stay again, hopefully soon.
We loved the outdoor spaces and watching the whales from them.
Fantastic stay. The place is lovely and sitting on the patios having a coffee or drinks while listening to the surf is magical.
excellent stay, loved being able to hear the waves and feel the ocean breezes. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic location and beautiful condo with view. Furnished nicely with Hawaii flair and very clean. We hope to come back next year! Highly recommend!
Great lanai views, clean and comfortable space to stay for 4 nights in Princeville.
Has a/c but big fans sufficient to keep you cool.
Overall great place to spend your time in Kauai.
The apartment has a wonderful view of the ocean and is within walking distance to Hideaway beach. The apartment is a bit dated but well cared for, clean, and thoughtfully equipped for cooking and family vacation.
Thank you for allowing me and my family to rent your beautiful condo. Everything about the condo was as advertised! We appreciated the extra cooking spices and insuite laundry is always a bonus! It's a very spacious condo with lots of outdoor seating. Hope to return to this amazing community soon!

Perfect views, lanais, and location. Easy drives to Hanalei, north shore, and not too bad a drive to south side of island. Able to watch dolphins pass by from the lanai. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Easy indoor/outdoor living. We had some minor glitches with the locks, stove and remotes (had to buy batteries). However the guest service representative was always readily available and helpful. We would happily stay here again.
You couldn’t ask for a better view simply gorgeous! Loved the location! Our only complaints would be that since the gem of the property is the outside balcony area it would be nice to have updated clean outdoor furniture. The chair cushions had mold and were ripped and the lounge chairs had no cushions at all. Also one towel per person for a whole week is a little ridiculous especially for the money charged per night and for a beach location. Other than that had a lovely time and appreciate how clean the property was.
We were able to take advantage of the binoculars and watch whales and kayakers!

Such a peaceful and comfortable place in a beautiful location. Amazing ocean views from both lanais - we saw so many whales! Great communication and easy check in/check out. No complaints at all!
The location was perfect. Sitting on the back deck and watching and listening to the waves, see whales breaching and laying back and seeing the stars each night, it was incredible.
We enjoyed exploring the Princeville area:beaches, the lighthouse, golf, pickleball and dining.
A great vacation
As advertised with amazing views but with a few things would have made it even better. Quality and quantity of bath towels. Only one towel per person for the week and for the price of the condo we all agreed the towels lacked quality. Management company responded quickly to our request and the property was beautiful.
Terrific condo with A/C and a fabulous ocean view from two lanais. Watched a family of NeNes every morning and surfers catching waves. Hiked down to Hideaways beach to snorkel with turtles! Excellent location and comes with everything you need. The Tommy Bahama chairs were perfect to take to both beaches. Recommend fully.

This property is just as described. My family of 4 were very comfortable and had plenty of space. We used the well-equipped kitchen and grill. The short walk to beach was perfect! The AC throughout the unit was a feature we were glad we had during the hot summer. We would highly recommend this property!!

Truly relaxing and clean condo on the north shore. Beautiful snorkeling at the beach.
We are leaving today and couldn’t have asked for anything more (except leas rain :)). Condo was spotless and had everything we could have wanted- comfy beds, beach towels and chairs, fully-equipped kitchen, pantry basics, and plenty if toilet paper, soap etc. The view is beautiful- would like to come back when whales are here. Hike down to hideaway beach is a bit tricky, but there are rope railings to help and it is well worth the treachery. Taking in the sunset next door at Hotel 1 is a must- we did it from their beach. Come stay here and you will be extremely pleased.
