We enjoyed this unit very much. It was a home away from home! It had literally everything we needed. Even down to beach chairs and umbrellas! Amazing, cozy, clean, overall wonderful place to stay. Looking forward to another visit at this place.

A clean and quiet ground level 2 bedroom and 2.5 bath vacation home was perfect for our group of 5 people. There is no oceanview but the location is perfect as a Poipu base to see all the local sights. The community the vacation home is located in is relatively new and has a fitness center and pool. It was very easy to communicate with management about any issue or question using their RentalHost app. They are very responsive and friendly. I would stay again at this vacation home.
The property was very clean and in good condition. We had a designated parking spot.If you are looking to stay within a quiet, well kept condo complex this is your place.The pool area and fitness center were nice. We did have to walk to it but it wasn't far. If you're looking for a spot right on or close to the beach this place isn't it. The view from the lanai is also not great. You have a hedge row or a busy street to look at. You also have a drive to get to the nearest beach but if you don't mind that, they aren't far. Those were both a disappointment to find out once we checked in which is what affected us giving a 5 star review. This was a bucket list trip for us coming from Iowa. We made the best of our stay.
We had a great stay. Not too thrilled with the repaving an had to park quite a way to get to the condo.
Puli Mai was everything we hoped for and more. Clean, great location, all amenities as advertised and great communication with the host. Would certainly stay here again!

Beautiful condo in a great area.
We enjoyed the condo very much. Our host was so helpful and very prompt in answering our messages to him. That was so helpful. Unit is well equipped except in the kitchen. If you stay bring your own everything. There was salt and pepper and gift package of coffee and a small package of a snack. No condiments at all. It was stocked like a hotel room. No big deal but just a note to future guests.

We had an excellent stay in Poipu with our family of 5. The condo location was central to everything we wanted to do. Owners were responsive when we needed anything. Check in and check out was easy. The unit was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed.

Pili Mai is an excellent property but we were disappointed with our unit. The positives were: 1. A nice pool, 2. Excellent location, 3. Fairly new complex, 4. Great glassware and cooking ware in unit, 5. It was available at the last minute, 6. The beds were good. The negatives were: 1. The living and dining room furniture was super cheap, 2. The unit was very poorly stocked compared to all other VRBOs - salt and pepper and oil only, 3. The paper products were the cheapest, 4. The outdoor furniture was wet every day due to the sprinklers, 5. The view was nonexistent. Overall this was over priced. We have stayed at many units and have had our own VRBOs and this is not up to the standard of most.
2 and a 5 year loved it. Grounds are great, pool is perfect for littles. Will stay here again

This was our 6th vacation on Kauai but our first time staying on this side of the island and we love it so much! This condo was just as the listing stated, the complex was very clean and pretty with a great pool. Lots of great restaurants near by and some even in walking distance. We can’t recommend this condo more, it’s perfect for a couple or a family.
It was perfect: perfect unit, location, occasion, nearness of wedding activities and venue (Botanical Gardens), Kauai itself. Mix the Pacific Ocean, Kauai, and love and you have perfect!
I rented it because of the location and that it had one walk in shower. Kitchen was well stocked and the cold pack bag was a great item to have when we went to a beach further away. Found it hard to get things to dry out but managed. It would have been nice to have a small cutting board to slice lemons or limes and not have to pull the large one out. Parking worked out great for the car we rented. People were friendly and would rent again.
Absolutely loved staying at this property! It was immaculately clean. Was so well stocked and had everything that we could possibly need. Loved the beach chairs and umbrellas. Even a cooler bag for our drinks. The pool is nice and clean too! It was a wonderful stay and we will stay again for sure!

If you don't need an oceanfront property, this is the place to stay in Poipu. Very close to the beach. Complex is new and very well kept, the condo is basically new and very spacious. They have thoughtfully put everything you would need while you're there. We had a wonderful time, thank you!
Unfortunately the A/C unit went down when we arrived. The property management did their best to remedy the situation including bringing in 2 portable units. These things happen and everyone did their best to remedy the situation which I truly appreciated. The unit and property were great regarding location, amenities etc. Don't hesitate to book this property. You will enjoy it!
We had a great stay and were able to relax in a nice area. The unit was clean and was just as described in the listing. There was an issue with the lock on the door but we were informed ahead of time so there was no problem once we arrived. We enjoyed having the A/C after spending days at the beach and the beds were very comfortable.

A very clean unit and just what we needed and wanted. The unit is by the road which you can’t see in the picture but that was not too much of a distraction for us. Didn’t bother ur sleep. Plenty of chickens. Highly recommend this unit.
