The Interior space has been extended, so it's a bit larger than other units because the lanai has been removed. There are sliders that open, but no lanai space as a FYI. A parking space that's close to the front door as well! Kalani Kai calls has a wonderful pool deck that finished in beautiful stonework. A community grilling area contributes to the tropical lifestyle and its practically right outside your front door. It's just a short walk to Kailua Pier, shopping, restaurants and night life on Alii Drive. The owners of Unit#109 want to provide the best service possible for their guests. Knutson & Associates will offer guests who book Unit#109 the following additional services as a benefit, to you, the guest! 1. You have a complimentary concierge service to make Restaurant/Activity Reservations if you so desire to utilize 2. Nice quiet setting but walking distance to stores and the beach. Nice groundskeeping, lots of green trees and flowers. Pool and barbecue area very clean.

The communication from the property management company was excellent prior to and throughout my stay. The condo is in a great location to Kona village main tourist area. The condo itself was exactly as described in the listing. The unit was well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay as well as beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, cooler , beach towels).

Great condo, only concern, not a complaint, is that they need comfortable furniture. Outdoor chairs as indoor furniture isn’t good. Dining set very uncomfortable.
Otherwise great place clean, close to pool, walk to beach, restaurants etc.

We had a great stay at Kalani Kai! The unit is good for a small family, perfectly equipped with everything you may need for a short stay, super clean, AC worked well, many things including sleeper-sofa are in brand new conditions. The area is well maintained - pool and bbq are always available.It’s 7 mins walk to a beach, a couple mins drive to grocery stores and there are plenty of restaurants nearby if needed.The management clearly knows what they are doing, so can highly recommend booking with them!Thank you for our great stay!
