A few things to note about Puamana 3c:
    - The air conditioning system was installed in 2021. It is a central Mitsubishi "mini split" system. It has a central condenser (on the patio) and three individually controlled blowers: (1) Master bedroom (2) Guest bedroom (3) Living area. Some people ask me if air conditioning is needed ... my answer is "it depends." In the winter months (December to February), it's a bit cooler and A/C might not be needed. But the rest of the year, A/C provides a level of comfort that I certainly enjoy. I like to have it on in the evening, because I sleep better when it's cool and comfortable. And when I get back from a day of adventuring, I definitely like to have it on...

Unit is exactly as listed, great location in Princeville. It's an older complex, but very well maintained, very clean, well stocked with everything you need. Great communication with owner, lots of useful local information provided and follow up to confirm your satisfaction. Truly a value for the money.

The cottage is located in a quiet and green neighbourhood very close to some wonderful beaches (Hanalei and Anini). The house is exactly as described and is perfect for a family with two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. The exterior is good enough to relax after a day spent on the beach or exploring the island and is equipped with a barbecue. Keith made also available everything you need for the beach (masks, fins, bodyboards, seats, etc). Keith was a great host, he helped us with suggestions on what to do in Kauai and he was also supportive with us as we were planning to go to Maui right after the wildfires and he gave us several useful information. If I will go again to Kauai, I will choose Keith‘s cottage without any doubts.

Very relaxed atmosphere even with the noisy roosters. Everything thing a vacationing mainlander could need for a vacation in paradise. Plenty of beach equipment and a prompt and accommodating owner that was always available for insight. Thanks for a wonderful time… I’ll be seeing you again!

We loved our stay in this condo. It’s the perfect location if you want to stay on the northern side of the island and has all the amenities you might need. We appreciated the beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, etc) and the well-stocked kitchen. The air conditioning was a huge plus as well. Keith was very communicative and so friendly. In fact, he happened to be on island during our stay and stopped by to say hello. He also gave us lots of great tips for our trip to Waimea Canyon. We would definitely stay here again.
