It is a pleasure to know you are interested in our Ocean front 2 bedroom/ 2 bath townhouse. We have had a tremendous amount of positive reviews and would like to continue to offer a beautiful place to play. In order to due this, we have chosen to do an extensive remodel to our home this fall 2024 by completely redesigning and replacing the entire kitchen to include all new appliances, and remove some walls to create an open warm feeling. New furnishings will enhance and provide you an image of freshness. Among more updating features will include redesigning/remodeling the upstairs bathroom with the same goal in mind . Again this will only add more twinkle to your stay knowing you will have the new updated features described above.
We realize today not knowing what the end results will be and not having pictures to support it-it may be difficult to book it with this unknown. Know too we have studied other comparable units similar to ours and we feel we are priced either below to average based upon what the unit will be like upon completion of our remodel in December 2024.
We invite you to enjoy coffee on your lanai in the morning, just steps from the ocean waves, while enjoying watching the dolphins and whales play .THERE ARE NO OTHER UNITS IN KONA AS CLOSE TO THE WATER AS THESE! Unwind in the evening while enjoying amazing sunsets. This town home is right on the water so you can enjoy fresh ocean breezes and be lulled to sleep to the sound of the waves.
This unit is very quiet as, unlike a condo, NO ONE IS ABOVE OR BELOW YOU. We are also far from Alii drive with gorgeous garden views from front bedroom and amazing ocean views from rear bedroom. Both bedrooms are upstairs. One full bath on lower level and one upstairs. No ensuite. This is very rare as most second bedrooms are subject to the noise and view of the road. Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club is a gated community and is adjacent to a RARELY USED BLACK SAND BEACH on one side and a golf course on the other side. Truly an oasis compared to most of the condo complexes in Kona!
We have made certain that there is everything you need for your home away from home. There is high speed, private internet and 3 tv's with spectrum streaming to keep you connected and entertained. New range and dishwasher Jan 2022. New microwave, washer and dryer April 2022. New split AC April 2022, with the ability to control the temperature in each room. This is one of the few units that has new windows, no jalousie, really opening up that ocean view as well as keeping unit quiet.
You are steps away from the large newly renovated pool and tennis /pickle ball courts. Noise is not an issue! Parking is 20 ft from condo. This is one of the few town homes that does not have the parking in front so even second bedroom is quiet.
This town home is truly the place for relaxation and romance!
Please be aware that in the rare event of high surf, storm barriers could be raised at lanai and kitchen window. This would impact the view.

We were so comfortable in Jim and Cyndie’s townhouse. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were VERY comfortable, air conditioning was great and the views spectacular! The boogies boards, chairs, umbrella and snorkels/masks were a delightful surprise and made our beach-time even more enjoyable. Jim communicated well to ensure we were comfortable and happy. Highly recommend!

The townhouse is exactly as described in listing. We ate several meals on the lanai, watching the sunset. The kitchen is well stocked and there are many thoughtful amenities. We appreciated the electric tea kettle and tea pot! The beds are comfortable. It’s in a great location for getting around the Kona side. Owner very responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect spot to relax and visit the Big Island.
This ‘on the ocean’ townhouse has 2 bedrooms 1 bath upstairs and 1 full bath, kitchen dining living area plus outside lanai on the main level.
Can hear the ocean at night; see whales during the day.

My husband, adult daughter, 14 month old grandson and I stayed at this beautiful condo. The location is spectacular. Both the ocean view on the other side of the sea wall, and the proximity to grocery shopping (super KTA), restaurants and activities make this a great home base for exploring the area. The condo is comfortable and well stocked. We cooked most nights in the well appointed kitchen and used the BBQ’s by the pool twice. We loved the walk in shower in the downstairs bathroom. The condo is close to the pool, and there is a lovely black sand beach at the North end of the complex. Check in was easy and communication with the host was prompt. We would stay here again.

This listing exceeds expectations. The ocean is right outside the door and witnessing the marine wildlife was wonderful. Two king beds and two full bathrooms made our stay comfortable. You can't miss with this property.

Jim was a diligent host and had the perfect set up for our 2 weeks on the island. The kitchen was well-stocked and had new appliances. Tons of items in the closet, from snorkeling to games. The location is perfect for trips from local Kona to snorkeling in Captain Cook and horseback riding in Waimea. The complex is well-kept and full of beautiful plants and birds. A small beach is even within a short walk. We loved evenings at the pool and stunning sunsets with crashing waves from the lanai. We will be back! Highly recommend!

The townhome we stayed in was very nice and comfortable. The nearby area as well as the island in general was an excellent choice.
