We decided to stay in this same condo the next time we visited and it was great as expected. You cannot beat the views and all the amenities!
Great place to stay! Highly recommended. Close to grocery store and great beaches. We left a boogie board for future guests to use at Magic Sands! Whee!
Property was excellent. Awe inspiring views. Loved the feel of the property. Has tennis corts, swimming pool and is gated. Has parking assigned; however someone parked in our spot for several days. We parked in convenient vistor parking. Also BBQ area covered. Easy to go to attractions and sites and not feel crowded.
The views can't be beat. The location of the condo is close to all the amenities that are on site. It does have everything you could need for the stay, I've rented other places that don't provide things like garbage bags, dishwasher and laundry soap and I brought some with me and didn't have to use it.
The condo was clean, well provisioned and looked exactly like the listing. We enjoyed the lanai every morning and afternoon - the sunsets were amazing.
This is a beautiful corner unit on the third (top) floor of this building. The kitchen is well appointed for our needs. There are two bedrooms, one of which is open to the living/dining room, but there is a shoji screen to separate it. (It was just the two of us, so we only used that front sleeping area; it has a sliding door to the lanai.)
The wraparound lanai is oceanfront on the west, and looks towards Kailua-Kona on the north side. So perfect at any time of day.
The resort is close to Keauhou Shopping Center (groceries, Long’s, Saturday Farmers Market, restaurants). And right next door to the north is access to Mākole’ā Beach, which has tidepools and Ke’eku Heiau (no access into heiau, but it’s cool that it’s there). Great place to view the sunset, if you want something different than the lanai.

This is our third stay at this condo and our fourth at KKSR. We love it here and hope to be back every year! Beautiful ocean views - so nice to go to sleep and wake up to the sound of the waves. We really enjoy relaxing on the lanai while eating fresh fish and local fruit. Great location - we walk to the snorkeling beach each day!
We loved having this condo, as our home base while staying Kona. The location is perfect, you can not beat the view. Pool was beautiful, temperature just right. It was so nice to swim in fresh water after being at the beach all day. Condo was well stocked and comfortable, thank goodness for the AC. Thank you for having us and we hope to be back again!
Beautiful place. Gorgeous view. Needed more towels. Had a family of 6 and was not provided enough towels. Had all the snorkel gear, chairs, umbrella and everything you could think of for the beach. Tennis balls and pickle ball gear all provided. Air conditioning was amazing! All dishes and kitchen utensils provided and in good working condition. Only was given one laundry soap pack, we stayed a week with 6 people and didn’t receive a response from manager to acquire more.
