Beautiful end unit 3bedroom & 3 bathroom luxury condo in gated community in the middle of Princeville with gorgeous mountain and waterfall views from the large great room. The condo has been upgraded with teak and tile floors throughout and new vinyl floor planking in the bedrooms.
Upstairs in a queen size bed and a full bath. Down Stairs includes two King Size master bedrooms, Whirlpool tub in one of the master baths.
Enjoy the beautiful artwork throughout the condo. Gourmet kitchen for the cooking enthusiast, complete with Cuisinart appliances, spices, etc.. Private bbq on upper lanai. WiFi, HD flat screen tv with Ipod docking station, DVD player and DVD library, along with assorted board games and many local guidebooks/ historical references to the area. Boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, beach towels and beach umbrella provided. Community pool/hot tub across from condo. Two minute walk to the Makai Club House and tennis courts. Ten minute walk to the ocean.

Property was just as advertised. Very nice master suites on the lower level. Upstairs bedroom was fine but somewhat small. Community is very nicely maintained. Kitchen well equipped with everything we needed. A very nice property.

All good except shower floor and kitchen. Dirty dishes in cabinets. Knobs and door fronts sticky. Shower floor visibly dirty in glass block shower.
Lots of snorkeling gear in a variety of sizes. Several beach chairs, boogie boards, other floats and beach umbrellas. Clean beach towels stacked in a visible location.
We enjoyed our stay very much!
