Beautiful view and nice apartment! Partial AC in bedrooms is inadequate for warmer temps, so pls be aware. The living room and kitchen can get to about 90 degrees in the heat. But if it’s cool outside, I would recommend this place for the view alone. The customer service is also great!
Wow! I cannot say enough good things about this property. The view was gorgeous! So much so that we rushed home every evening to make sunset. The AC's were perfectly chilly in the bedrooms but most nights we fell asleep to ocean waves in the living room. The condo was stocked with more than what you need to have a comfortable stay! The beach and pool were also amazing! Will 100% be back!
This is THE spot and this is the end of the island you NEED to be at! We spent a week here and could not have been more happy with our choice. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay great. Very well stocked and the beds were comfortable too. Had coffee in the am and cocktails at night on the very spacious patio to watch the sunrise and sunset each day. We had a family of three and were very comfortable here. Closet full of beach supplies and beach chairs to use, along with a cooler that was used daily on our adventures. A nice pool and hot tub to come back to at the end of each day was also a bonus. Air conditioners in each bedroom made for a very comfortable nights sleep as well. You really cant go wrong with this place, the views alone are worth every penny!! The grounds are very well manicured and much attention to detail. Having the pizza restaurant is also great for when your flight gets in late and you're exhausted, its just steps away. No need to stop at Walmart or Costco when you arrive, Foodland has everything you need and it's only a few miles down the road. Parking for the condo is super easy and right outside the front door. It was very quiet in this entire area which we appreciated as well. You can sit and watch surfers and paddle boarders right from your balcony and start your day off slow on island time. Don't hesitate on this one, your decision is easy, book your stay here and start making Kauai family memories!!
We LOVED: the location & view, balcony, grill, gardens, pool, well-stocked kitchen, snorkeling & beach equipment, lots of beach towels, washer/dryer, parking, etc.

This oceanfront condo is amazing! The view of bay & the sunset & mountains is gorgeous. We spotted a few whales from our balcony as well. The condo is so well equipped for all your cooking needs. It was a wonderful week at Pali Ke Kua!
Property and view were stunning! The house was well equipped with kitchen supplies, bedding, and beach toys. The only complaint I have is the air conditioning unit in the bottom bedroom smelt like wet dog so we ended up sleeping upstairs.
The condo was clean and well stocked. The bed was comfortable enough and property and view are unbeatable.
View was incredible and worth putting up with very hot afternoons when sun hits living area and deck. There is no air conditioning there. However the bedroooms have air and stayed cool.

Fantastic stay at this unit. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. Loved that there were beach chairs, boogie boards, and snorkeling gear, all in great condition. Views are incredible and the AC unit upstairs kept the bedroom cool at night. Everything was great for.our stay and we will definitely rent again.
Aloha! The ocean view of Bali Hai peninsula was spectacular! Lanai was comfortable for 4 adults. Even though air conditioning wasn’t listed as an amenity there was a small portable unit in one of the bedrooms upstairs. The Kauai breeze through unit made it comfortable though and there were multiple standing fans for our convenience. Texted a few questions throughout our stay and always received a prompt reply. Beautiful clean unit! Adequate pool area and convenient delicious Hideaways Pizza Pub on site. We’d love to rent here again! Mahalo!
The "Better than expected": view from this unit really outdoes the photos; there is a "private", paved pathway for this condo complex down to a secluded beach -- somehow didn't get that from property description
The "Be aware": there are 3 large, comfortable beds, but in (just) 2-bedrooms -- somehow wasn't obvious from the property description; fees and taxes -- taxes are what they are, but the fees? It feels like a lot and at minimum probably should be better explained
We absolutely loved our week in this condo. The view from the porch was so breathtaking that we decided to grill and have dinner in several nights to take advantage of the kitchen and dining area. This condo surpassed the pictures as far as updates, space, decor, and cleanliness. The mattress, linens, and towels were high luxury. We absolutely appreciated the furnished beach chairs and towels. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great property. Great location. Phenomenal views. Only problem was we had trouble finding our unit in the dark. Providing the building number would be helpful. Highly recommended.
The view was excellent. Nice gifts left for us. House was spacious and comfortable for 6 of us. Kitchen stocked with necessary items. Pretty Hawaiian touches; decorations. Clean. It’s a drive to the other beaches, shopping, restaurants etc., but Princeville and this area of homes are the prettiest on the island. Hideaway Beach which is right there, a hike down, but we did it holding a two year old, is by far the most beautiful and literally the only one I felt was what Kawaii was 30 years ago (my last trip.)
