This beautiful home is located in the gated community of Holua Kai at Keauhou. The private neighborhood is surrounded by the Kona Country Club Ocean course and the scenic Kona coast. The home has spectacular views of the beautifully landscaped Kona Country Club's Ocean Golf Course.
The home features a single story with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and an open floor plan with rich, custom wood pocket doors that open onto a covered lanai . The spacious main bedroom looks out onto the golf course and the main bathroom has a large, free-standing soaking tub, as well as a walk-in shower. There is an adjustable desk where you can set up your laptop or tablet to check emails or upload the many photos you will take while on your Big Islanda adventure! The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and all the amenities you need to cook and prepare meals. Feel free to enjoy your meals at the island, the dining table, or on the covered lanai overlooking the golf course.
A short walk away you will find the Holua Kai community pool area. In this area there is a hot tub, changing rooms, outdoor showers, lounge chairs and BBQs for your enjoyment. From the community pool area it is a brief stroll down a palm tree lined walkway to a lookout area where you can enjoy the beautiful Kona sunset and scenic coastal views. The sunset lookout provides a great place to capture the everchanging sunsets here in Kona.
The Holu Kai community is conveniently located near all that Kona has to offer. You are minutes away from beautiful beaches for excellent snorkeling, surfing, sunbathing and paddleboarding. The Kona Country Club is a public golf course and is less than one mile from the community. The Holua Tennis & Pickleball Center is adjacent to the neighborhood and only a short walk away. Downtown Kona is a short drive away and offers shopping, restaurants and bars. There are also several farms in the area that offer tours and tastings of Kona's world famous coffee. If you're feeling adventurous, Volcanoes National Park provides an opportunity to see Mount Kilauea, an active volcano. Also, Big Island has one of only four green sand beaches in the world, several waterfalls, and black sand beaches.

I and my family have been traveling to Hawaii for years. It has become a yearly trip. This is our second trip to the Big Island. This home was truly the best rental over many years. It is a beautiful house, with well-manicured lawn and gardens located on a golf course. All the furniture was comfortable and of good quality and there were large televisions in the living room and all bedrooms. We were surprised to find it was also well stocked with household supplies and good quality cooking equipment. It is located in a quiet, gated community about a 20 minute drive to central Kailua-Kona.

We had a wonderful time at this house. Everything was just as pictured and described. We did have a small issue with the AC, which took a little bit longer to fix than we would have hoped for. Other than that, this was a gorgeous space with everything you need for a relaxing vacation.

We were here for a family vacation with our adult children. The house was exactly as in the pictures. Beautiful home and well equipped. Very quiet and well kept neighborhood. The only problems we had were the ice machine not working on the fridge/freezer and the flies were horrible. Other than that, this was. Great place. Would definitely recommend and would stay again for sure.

Loved our stay. Easily living. Relaxing. Peaceful. Clean. Loved looking out over the golf course and watching golfers and goats! Loved the pool, hot tub and BBQ. So close to the home. Appreciated the gated community

As soon as we walked into the home we felt at peace. It was so well laid out and gave the parents a peaceful escape from the teenagers. We could not fault any of the inclusions or appliances. There was also a thoughtful welcome package. Would absoultely recommend this as a great place for a family to be based if staying in the Kona region so long as you have a car. However, on the Big Island that is pretty much a pre-requisite to be able to properly explore this amazing island. The service provided by Kona Coast Vacations was without fault. The communication is responsive and they provided a free concierge service - David who was amazing with his recommendations and arranging activities. Make sure you ask about the masseuse he recommends who comes to the home. She was by far the best masseuse ever!!!!!!
