The BBQ shaded area / with picnic tables just a short distance at the end of the building (1 condo away). Close assigned parking is included.
    Enjoy the sunset from your patio or living room 365 days a year. Accommodates 4 guests very comfortably (while we can accommodate children our condo is not child proof, has expensive items that can be broken and has a walk out patio without a fence).     The view from the lanai is great and the location opposite K3 beach is very convenient.
