Amazing condo with great views - central to Kauai. The host made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay! Bed was very confortable and unit had many storage spaces, kitchen was well furnished with cooking supplies.Washer and dryer was very useful after being away from home for awhile.Would recommend staying at this place for anyone who want to be centrally located on Kauai!
My husband and I loved staying at this property! The view from the back porch is truly incredibly, and the condo was very comfortable. Well stocked, really nice shower and comfy bed. The location was central and convenient. My only complaint is that it is on a very busy road that you can hear from the bedroom, but other than that it was perfect.

Such a beautiful spot!
A great location with easy access to all that Kauai has to offer. The apartment was really well equipped, David was fantastic to deal with and everything was as easy as you could wish for.
We thoroughly enjoyed our mornings looking out over the ocean, drinking coffee, talking to the chickens. Equally we enjoyed the short walk across the street in the evenings to have a refreshing beer and live music at Napali Brewing.
Sadly, as with all good things, our stay had to come to an end but I'm sure we'll be back!
We loved sitting on the lanai and watching the waves! Conveniently located for all of our Kauai adventures!
We had a great stay. The condo was clean, accurately described, and had a great view. It was a bonus that beach towels and other beach equipment were provided. It was very convenient to many areas and within walking distance to restaurants and beaches.
This condo was perfect for our five-night stay in Kauai. Due to the central location, we were able to travel to the north and south shores without spending too much time driving. The condo was very clean, and had everything we could need. The owner was extremely helpful and quick to respond.
As impressive as the views look on here, pictures can't do them justice. The view from this condo is spectacular. David was a great host and communicated with us very well. The location of this property is perfect, close to anything you want to do on Kauai. Not to mention its right across the street from an amazing bakery. I honestly can't think of anything that could have been better about our stay. It was a perfect vacation!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. Yes, it is close to the road, but the waves on the shore drowned out everything else. The condo is well appointed and the property manager was always available to help with any issues that did arise. We enjoyed our stay at this piece of paradise and can't wait to go back!
Everything was wonderful and better than expected. This location is so nice and the views are super! We would certainly return. We will recommend this unit to our friends.
Beautiful location, right on the water. Very clean but is due for a little TLC. The deck furniture is great, but is due for replacement. The supplied beach accessories are great, love the Tommy B chairs. Glass wear is tired and mismatched, silverware much the same (there were only 3 regular kitchen knives). No issues with the bathroom or bedroom. Facility and grounds are great, same with the resident chickens (very entertaining to watch). We would stay here again.
This condo was very clean, conveniently located, has a gorgeous view and great beach access. We would stay again.
David's condo was a perfect sport for us to explore the island. We headed north on some days and south on other days. It is a great spot for exploring Sleeping Giant State Park.
We enjoyed a comfortable stay that included an excellent view of the ocean from the lanai. The place is well stocked with start up supplies (soap, etc). Convenient to restaurants and shopping. Comfortable bed and pillow selection. Multiple hooks for towels, a cozy recliner, great WiFi and beach supplies. It also has a pretty pool area with a grill. It’s an older unit and it is not directly on the beach. The ocean near the unit has rough waves but we were able to make a short drive to Lydgate beach and use the beach there. All in all we found the place to be enjoyable and comfortable.
Owner was nice , he accidentally double booked his condo but quickly resolved it with booking another room . We appreciate it lots ! Housekeeper seemed a little annoyed . But overall we had a lovely time and the view was well worth it :)
The place was clean and centrally located if you have a car, 30 min drive to just about all Hanalei or Piopu beach etc… The view from the unit is spectacular looking out to the ocean and beach view a mountain backdrop as well. Would definitely stay here again.
