Our host was very attentive and prompt responding. We asked for early check-in and she made it happen. We loved the “hidden “ beach right next to the condo. Beautiful !! At close proximity is the Wailua River where we also walked for a kayak tour. Having Lava Lava Restaurant, and other shops and restaurants at a walking distance, was a plus. The pool area is small, but very well maintained.
The condo is nicely equipped with beach chairs, buggy boards, ice chest, umbrellas, and beach towels. Kitchen is also equipped with anything needed for making your meals, along with basic cooking condiments. The bed was very comfortable and has AC in bedroom . Though, no AC in the living room, which was a bit tough for those sleeping on sofa bed. Overall, location was perfect for us .

Candace was always very pleasant to speak to and quick to respond. Unit was nice with great view from balcony. Only adjustment was not having full A/C - there is unit in the bedroom and a fan in the living area; however, we did fine. Convenient location to airport and a nice cafe across the street to eat at; plus a gas station close by.

The location is highly convenient to access the east and south areas of the island. The view from the balcony is beautiful, and the suite is comfortable.

We liked that this condo was super close to everything we wanted to do on our trip. The condo was clean- and the bed was super comfy! The temperature inside was comfortable, and we didn’t have any issues with the property. The view of the beach was great from the balcony, we enjoyed watching people wind surf out the window. Main reason for choosing this condo was its central location to the activities we had planned for the trip. There are also lots of yummy restaurants within walking distance.

Located in Kapaa, it is a central location with short travels to anything you want to do. Private balcony overlooks the beach and ocean. Beautiful pool area. Recommend this location/ unit for your enjoyment.

The location and view were wonderful; however, the condo had several issues that made our stay sub par. The bed was horrible—most uncomfortable. We would recommend that the owner replace the mattress and sheets before renting again. Throw rugs in the bathroom and kitchen as well as the screen door to the patio are dangerous. I fell onto the patio as a result of the problems with the screen door. Both of us tripped on the rugs. Fortunately, we did not fall. I, did, however, have some deep cuts on my arm and sore places on my torso as a result of the fall on the patio. .

Location and check in was great. Condo is within walking distance to many good restaurants and activities. Condo could use some repairs and upgrades as others have mentioned. Screen doors, bathroom walls and toilet kept running. Carpet in unit was a turn off. Street noise and construction made having the air conditioner white noise useful. Bed was comfortable

Nice central location on the island and the brewery across the street was a plus. We have stayed at this development previously with a much different experience.
Unit 203 is tired and in need of an upgrade. While the unit was recently painted, there are several maintenance issues in need of attention. The patio door needs replaced, currently a series of wood shims are holding the door in a quasi workable condition. The screen door is only useable by holding on to the bottom portion to keep it from falling off the tracks. I would not want to have any young children near this door. Offers to remove the screen would have created an unworkable situation in a unit that is not air conditioned. The patio door curtain appears to have mold on the lining. The shower doors need to be fixed or replaced and the toilet handle sticks.
This unit is very close to the main road through the area, definitely a consideration for light sleepers. Our previous stay was in a unit closer to the middle of the development and was much quieter. The units near the road also have a close up view of an old structure that appears past due for demolition. The small beach area below the unit is a popular place for local fisherman, which is fine, however, the burning of wet driftwood creates quite an unpleasant odor.
I hate to sound like a complainer, however our stay was only four days over a weekend so I did not bring all of these items to the attention of the property manager.

This place had everything we needed and many extras. The view was fabulous from the balcony and living room.
The pool and the grounds were excellent. The location was great, the only drawback being the traffic noise from the street, but the sound of the waves pretty much neutralized that.
The following items were not satisfactory: the screen on the sliding door came off and needs replacing, the wall in the bathroom needs repair, the tub faucet needs replacing. Honestly, with some basic renovation, this place could easily be a 4- star.
All in all, it was a wonderful stay.

Kitchen fully stocked, pans, plates and a few spices, oils. Beds were comfy. Pool was great. Access to beach, shopping and bakery near by. All within walking distance. This is a well loved unit and can use some new carpet and repairs to the sliding glass doors, but the view made it all worth it. Road noise in front bedroom might be an issue for some, but was fine for us as we live in a big city. Value of this condo would bring us back again.

In truth, we spent very little time during daylight hours in the unit, and it was adequate for our needs. The location is convenient for both south and north side island activities whether it is Waimea Canyon hiking or Hanalei Bay / Na Pali Coast surfing, snorkeling or exploring. Grocery stores are close and you can walk to the Coconut Market.
The unit is well equipped for basic needs. One of the Tommy Bahama beach chairs was broken beyond repair so we hand to purchase a replacement. The unit is only air ci destined by a portable unit in the bedroom and the e rest of the unit gets very stuffy during the day. But the bedroom unit cools the sleeping area adequately well for comfortable sleeping.
It looks like the carpets, paint and furnishings have not been replaced for more than a decade but are comfortable and for the little time we spent in the unit (mostly watching Netflix after dark) was just fine.
The best part of the unit is the view the value.
For value and convenience we would consider staying here again!
