Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have been to Maui 30+ times and own a timeshare at the Westin. Have also stayed in Kihei several times. I so enjoyed sleepy Honokowai. Sitting out on the lawn watching the sunset every night was divine. Would definitely come again!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very disappointed in the condition of this apartment and building. Both are very old and in desperate need of renovations. The bathtub and apartment walls are stained. The laundry machines have rust on them. The oven is old. The apartment, balcony and parking space are tiny. It is difficult to park because the parking lot is so cramped. If we had known the condition of the apartment and building we would not have rented it. It is a bad value for money. Look for another place to stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean, open layout. It definitely meets cozy and is so so quiet!! And peaceful! A true retreat!! You have a view of beautiful green mountains on one side and the ocean and private beach access in your backyard. We truly loved this place! I definitely recommend getting a rental car so you can explore the island. Parking is directly in front of the unit. You have great coffee shops up the street, badass coffee + cruzin cafe just another block up. Highly recommend. There were chairs, boogie boards, beach towels and even a mini fridge which were all much appreciated. Will definitely return! Thank you for the wonderful stay!
