Views out of all the windows in the villa is our beautiful Hawaiian tropical landscape keeping the calm feel of island life in daily living. Farmers markets located all over the island will fulfill your grocery list and much more. O3 two bedroom lay out is perfect and spacious. Plenty of space for dining and relaxing. Business can also be taken care of in the master bedroom, set up with a desk and chair. The guest bedroom can be set up as two twins or a king. Keeping the villa versatile welcomes all guests to enjoy the island life. O3 is located close to one of the pools on site with a spa and tons of space to relax and enjoy pool side with a small waterfall flowing into the pool. Fitness area located on premise with a BBQ and dining common area. There are two pools with spas located in Waikoloa Beach Villas. Across the street in the resort is Waikoloa Queens Market Place, great place for dining, shopping and tourist attractions. Activities daily with beautiful Hawaiian music and dancing as part of their weekly routines. King shops is also, located right next to Beach Villas, great location for shopping, dining and convenient store with a small gas station. Man made lake located at the King shops with flying fish and fun stuff to observe in the resort.     First time staying on the ground floor at this property. Was worried about previous review staying “bugs”, but there weren’t any in the unit. We were pretty diligent keeping the screen shut and closing the doors quickly when entering and exiting the unit. It was very clean. Outside on patio there were expected bugs (and cats and goats on the adjacent golf course!!) but you’re in the tropics! Lots of space for us including our 2 teenage daughters (with lots of cosmetics and clothes)Unit was well stocked including linens, food staples for cooking and beach gear. Lots of storage. A/C worked great when we needed it. First time on this side of the property. Super close to the pool and Queens Marketplace across the street. Very quiet and seems less busy/congested versus being grouped with all the other complexes further up the drive. One night we could distantly hear the Hawaiian performers at the Kings shops while sitting on the patio -it was quite nice. Short drive to Hapuna and Mauna Kea beaches. Although there are many other beaches heading towards Kona that are also a reasonable distance. A-bay is a nice close option although we never go there during the day - we would just drop everything at 6 PM and race over to watch the sunset. Amy is awesome! She is very flexible. Easy to communicate with. Check-in and checkout was simple, great instructions. Mahalo, Amy!

    This place was just same as the picture. Location is great right in front of the shopping/market place, clean condo community, nice pool. Amy was so easy to communicate and check in and out was very smooth. Overall, a flawless property. We are happy that we chose this one!

    This property was perfect in a quiet gated community. Our teens enjoyed the pool almost right across from the condo. They loved walking to Starbucks in Queens marketplace shopping mall. The condo was clean and equipped with everything you need. Enjoyed using the 4 beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, boogie board, and snorkel gear. Wonderful view of golf course from the lanai. We would definitely stay here again. Thank You!

    Property as described, with a phenomenally stocked kitchen making cooking easy. Bed was comfortable and plenty of beach/pool towels were provided. Close to lots of restaurants, shopping, and a grocery store. Great communication from host as well

    We booked a last minute Hawaii vacation over the Memorial Day holiday and we’re very happy with this rental. Spacious, well appointed 2bd 2ba at end of complex with good kitchen and private patio overlooking golf course. Nice pool and jacuzzi in complex which would have been more user friendly if there were umbrellas or something else to provide shade at pool area. Small Gyn which we didn’t use but looked clean and equipment looked new. Close to Waikoloa shops and excellent area for distance running.

    Lovely, well-equipped property, well suited for family of four. Being on ground level with patio was wonderful. Location was excellent. Having the shops within walking distance (great for teens) was a big plus. Having a bit of beach gear other than towels would be recommended. And would be even better to not have to do laundry before leaving. Thanks for a great stay!

    Close to the beach, golf course and market. Central point to Waimea, getting to Hilo and Kailua. Property manager was great in communicating everything. Had a nice short stay. Hope to ba back soon.
