Rosi was such a fantastic host who went above & beyond to make sure we were comfortable & that everything was to our liking. She even allowed us to check in early when our flight was changed by the airline ladt minute. The home is beautiful & in a stunning location. I wish i would have done a little more research myself because on the last day we disvovered a wonderful hidden beach 5 min from the property & a much closer market! Princeville is very remote from the rest of the island/activities but if you are looking for peace & quiet, this is the place to book! Also, we loved watching the Albatross "baby" nesting in the front yard & we were careful not to disturb the beautiful bird. We can't wait to come back! Thank you Rosi!!!
The house was perfect for my family of 5, in a lovely residential area, close to the shops and restaurants. The house was very clean and spacious with lovely views of the ocean. Rosi was a great host and answered all my questions promptly. We hope to be back !

We really enjoyed staying in Princeville. We love the north part of the island.Our only critique is the beds were not very comfortable, otherwise the house was beautiful and perfect location
We had a wonderful stay in this Princeville home for our family vacation on Kauai! It has all the amenities we needed, is super clean and beautifully appointed, and is well located near beaches and Hanalei. Rosie is super attentive and answered all my questions before and during our stay.
The property is beautiful and spacious with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Everything we needed was there including coolers, boogie boards, beach chairs etc. Rosie promptly answered all my messages and was super helpful.

Had a great stay with friends. The house has high ceilings, was very clean and in a wonderful location in a quiet neighborhood near the Makai course clubhouse.
We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home. We especially loved hearing the waves crash below as we went to sleep at night.
Such a fantastic experience. The house was just as pictured. The two upstairs bedrooms (suites) both accessed the balcony for a gorgeous view of the ocean. We had all the kids downstairs and the adults upstairs. Worked perfect for 2 families.

This is a very nice house in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. And yet, you are within short driving distance from countless amazing Kauai things to do. We had a wonderul stay. The host is responsive and helpful.
Everything was great. Spacious kitchen that is fully stocked. Pretty entryway with garden. First time staying in Princeville and it was nice.
This was a beautiful home to stay in. , had a ton of room , great views of the ocean and a very quite neighborhood. Property owner was very responsive with any questions we had and quite lovely to talk to.

Everything about the house, Rosi ( the host), and the location were great and honestly couldn’t be better. The house is very well laid out, kitchen is big, well stocked, and the appliances are very nice. The bedrooms, and bathrooms are all good sizes and well appointed; the master is extremely nice with a large shower and walk in closet. My wife said this is the cleanest place we have ever stayed and she keeps a spotless house so that is saying a lot. The house is located in a very nice community that is very safe; all the houses are nice, well kept, and with manicured yards. The host was extremely nice, helpful, and easy to get hold of when we had questions about the house or things we should do while we were there. We would definitely want to stay here again if we ever make it back to Kauai.
