The unit was exactly as described and pictured. Very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and the property manager provided perfect instructions to get here and checked in on us via email to make sure we had everything we needed. The grounds are gorgeous and walking distance to some great restaurants and shops. And you can’t beat the view and beach access. We have stayed at this complex before, but not this unit, and we will definitely be back.

We liked the layout of the unit and being on the ground floor. We also enjoyed eating outside on the patio table and looking out on the ocean view and the beautiful grounds. What a wonderful beach! The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet at night.

Location Location Location! This place is perfect for your trip to Kauai! The view is better than the pictures and the place has a great layout and is updated, which is rare for Hawaii. Two king beds each with their own bathroom AND you are walking distance so some great restaurants, coffee shops, and beaches. Lastly, the locations is right between Princeville and Poipu making it easy to explore the whole island during your stay. We were already planning our return trip within a day of checking in.

Our family meet to celebrate Christmas and New Year’s. Location and grounds of unit were perfect. One of the best condo facilities on the island. The unit itself was very comfortable, well stocked, and clean. Thank you for charging your place.

1st family vacation since our marriage in 2020. It was most of the family”s 1st trip to Kauai. The location was perfect. The grandkids were able to play on the grass at any time, the whole family played on the beach, we all ate our meals on the patio with magnificent views. Close to the best shopping and activities, not to mention the condo itself was decorated with beautiful artwork that helped to completely relax us. We actually rented 315 & 314 for the other part of the family so the adult kids & grandchildren had easy access back and forth. If 6 stars were possible we would rate it as 6! Already looking forward to doing this again next year!!

As background, we asked if we could check in early and were told "no" due to time needed to clean the unit. When we checked in at the allocated time, the unit had not been cleaned and towels and linens were on the floors. A cleaner was sent immediately, although unfortunately we had to work around her when preparing dinner for guests. There was no dishwasher soap, bathroom soaps, or shampoo. It was not a good way to begin our vacation. The management company left a very nice gift pack and responded to every issue over a series of days, but we would have preferred to have the unit prepped properly.

This is a truly special place. The unit is very well located, lower level with lanai leading to the lawn and the beach. The view is endlessly gorgeous and during our stay, the complex was peaceful and quiet. Our only criticism would be of the management company whose correspondences often seemed unnecessarily severe. We were actually worried that it wasn’t going to go well, until we arrived and then everyone was friendly and accommodating, especially when our bathroom had issues that were resolved quickly and in a very hospitable way. Overall I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for 2 bedrooms in a fantastic location. Special shout out to Crystal who fixed our problem with much ohana

This was a fabulous, wonderful place to stay when we were in Kauai. Not only is it lovely in its styling, but it truly is a perfect spot. The beach is excellent and if I had a month to say great things about this place, I would be able to do it. THANK YOU for sharing such a great place to stay!
