Host was great had a quick issue but host was able to take care of it in a timely manner. Views are fantastic
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The view is stellar — what more could you want? The grounds are stunning and well taken care of. Perfect proximity to marketplace and town. Although the condo is dated, it gave us a comfortable place to stay. I loved the coffee maker! It was awesome to have a pot or cup option - it made making coffee so easy!We had trouble with the digital door lock and were locked out for a day, but the security team helped get us back in a gave us a physical key. I removed a star because it’s dated and the lock situation.An updated description suggestion: washer and dryer are on property, but not in unit. This is described in the amenities list, but it would have been nice if it was listed in the main description.
This place is not particularly fancy or new but it was perfect for our family trip. We loved the setting and location and had a wonderful time. The kitchen is well appointed with everything we needed and the view is awesome.
We had a fabulous stay, close to loads of restaurants and bars. Fabulous big pool and near the beach and beautiful gardens.
Location great. Much to see and do nearby. View from balcony (and living area) is great. Place was extremely well stocked(kitchen, baths, Beach). Very clean but could use updates. The only negatives (these were known before booking) are 3rd floor , no elevator and no ACI WOULD DEFINITELY COME BACK AND RECOMMEND TO PEOPLE
Amazing host, location is ideal we could walk everywhere. Beach is perfect for kids. View is stunning. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen has everything needed. We will be back.
We had a great stay at the Lae Nani property. The property grounds are well kept, and the pool is excellent! The condo itself is adequate, with new appliances and newer furinture. The condo needs a face lift though. Peeling wallpaper and old carpet is needed. The lack of air conditioning was also a negative. While the breeze was nice, at times it was very hot in the condo. The condo had a pack-n-play for the kiddo and plenty of beach gear. I would recommend this condo if you can take the heat.

Great place to stay in Kaui. Centrally located for north, south and western visit the condo is also close to restaurants and a beach front Lava lava cafe. The view of the ocean from the living room and the lanai is magnificent. Roxanne was a great host and the check in check out procedure is very easy. No ac but the wind blowing from the ocean does the job so that we had good night sleep. Would recommend it.
The beauty of this condo and the association grounds are unbeatable! The condo is on a peaceful, calm cove - big enough to have space and enjoy the beach, waves, tide pool, and scenery but tucked away and quiet at the same time. The owner is very attentive and communicative, and was super accommodating to our needs. Thank you so much for everything and for sharing your beautiful condo with us!
Beautiful property with gorgeous views, BUT the unit we stayed in was so run down. Broken light fixture, rusted ceiling fan that clicks when on, mismatched furniture, old carpet that smelled terrible, etc. This place could be amazing if it just got some TLC. It was disappointing to see the units around us that were updated and had A/C and we were in a place with wall paper coming up at the seams, doors with the wood chipped off, old dirty balcony tiles, etc.
The new kitchen appliances were great for cooking. We appreciated the beach equipment and the books and games. Very friendly and attentive staff.
The trade winds weren't always enough to cool the place as advertised (this was early July). We didn't realize we were right next to the highway either (pics don't show that). That's your view at night, headlights from the highway and a huge crane that was there for construction, lots of sirens on the highway. The beds hurt our backs after a few nights and it made it tough to get good rest.
We would not stay in this unit again but we would stay in a different unit at Lae Nani. Just make sure your balcony is not facing the highway!
Great stay at lovely unit in great resort. Definitely dated but I think price reflects that. Would def return.
Location and views were so awesome! A block from restaurants and shopping. Property was very clean but VERY dated! Carpet needs replaced as was old and stained. Said there was a washer and dryer but closet was locked so our beach towels were always damp because of rain! Never been to a VRBO that didn’t let you use w/d!!

Paradise on the Beach. The room is a little dated, but the heated pool,BBQs and grounds are amazing. Our second time and I'm sure we will be back again:)
My family had an amazing stay! The location was absolutely amazing - walking a few steps to the beach, pool, and shops! The condo was equipped with beach/sun gear, fans, lanai, and wifi. This was a memorable trip for us and we still talk about it. The host was very communicative and kind. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved the area of this condo as it allowed us to explore all of Kauai. For the price, you can’t beat it! We BBQ’d once down by the pool and made many trips next door to the restaurant on the beach. The beach outside this condo is great for small ones. My older son enjoyed this beach too and even had a sea turtle swim up to him! I think the reviews of the condo are accurate. It was clean and has a beautiful view of the ocean. This condo is not updated but it was more than adequate for the little time we spent indoors.
