This is our second stay at Lae Nani and it did not disappoint. One of the most beautiful properties. This unit’s view is breathtaking. One of the closest units to the beach. Unit was equipped with everything we needed. Great communication and customer service with property management team. Till next time, mahalo!!
Had a great time staying here. Especially enjoyed sitting on the large lanai with friends listening to the ocean and just watching the waves. Tons of room, easy parking, safe, and the grounds/maintenence crew really stay on top of things.
I don’t think we could have picked a better condo for our first trip to Kauai. We awakened each morning to watch the sunrise over the water and enjoyed breakfast on the lanai with breathtaking views. The condo itself was clean and well-appointed with all kitchen items- pots and pans, dishes and even spices. Beds were comfortable, and bathrooms were clean. There is no laundry in the unit, but a very affordable laundry facility is available in the next building over. The location made it easy to get to any part of the island, and Coconut Marketplace is just a short walk away with shops, restaurants and grocery. Instructions for check in/check out were reasonable and easy. We’re already talking about when we can return.

We spent a week over Christmas at the Lae Nani Condos in this perfectly situated corner condo. We fell asleep to the sound of the ocean every night and woke up to beautiful sunrises. The whole condo property (beach, pool, lawn) is well maintained. AC was not needed as it was a comfortable temperature every day. Within walking distance were shops, restaurants, and a market.
I noticed this is in some past reviews and I concur. It's time to fix the screen door. As there is no air conditioning the sliding living room door an needs to be open most all time to be comfortable. But the screen door "sticks" so badly your constantly screwing around trying to get it open and closed. This did become annoying. Other than that great place enjoyed it and once the screen door is replaced with one the works I'd rent it again.
Perfect for us as we celebrated our 54th anniversary. Property and location were excellent!
The location is amazing! The views are magnificent. Property management is very responsive and helpful. It needs air conditioning and general maintenance. We stayed in July and it got pretty hot in the condo. The doors are sticky and don't open and close well(simple fix). Overall great, just needs some updating and some love.

The property was as reported and listed. The condo had plenty of space and areas to enjoy the sun or stay out of it. Great location on the east side of Kauai. We had a wonderful time with our stay there.
