Sit on your lanai and watch spinning dolphins year around and humpback breaching just offshore during the winter and spring months. Turtles and eels find plenty of sustenance in the tide pools. Wake up and fall asleep to the calming sound of the ocean.
This unit is beautifully updated. Featured amenities include central AC for those extra warm nights and high speed wifi, a necessity for "working" remotely where Zoom conference calls may be necessary.

Hale Kona Kai is an abslolute oceanfront condominium complex right on the ocean in the heart of Kona. It is a short walk to anything you need; restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beaches. Fabulous location! Right. On. Edge. Of. Ocean. Great for watching whales, turtles, and other sea life. Corner unit fantastic. Pool area never overly crowded. Plenty of pool furniture for everyone. 180 degree view of ocean. Can see outriggers, cruise ships, catamarans, swimmers, and spear fisherman right from lanai. Nice to have a one bedroom versus a studio. A couple of things we did notice is that the tile floors didn’t appear to be fully cleaned (perhaps were dusted rather than mopped) and there was a bit of soap build up on the bathroom counter. We would be highly recommend the property and this unit in particular.

If you love the ocean, a beautiful, well decorated place to watch the world go bye, this is it!! Sunsets from the lanai, walk to town with lots of restaurants. We loved the comfortable king size bed. We”ll be back. Thanks for making your wonderful place available.

True oceanfront condo! Beautiful wrap around lanai with views of turtles, spinners, yellow tang and surfers. The condo has beautiful aloha deco with everything you need for a fabulous vacation. It is a great location and a very short walk to town. We will be returning to Hale Kona Kai 212! Kona Beach Properties is exceptional.

Absolutely, beautiful spot. The wrap around lanai gives a 270 degree view of the ocean. Its completely equipped with every necessary utensil and all the appliances are new along with tile floors and a new bathroom and shower. I would recommend this unit without qualification whatsoever!
